O. S. Max III .15 Engine Test

An old O.S. .15 gets a turn on the stand. I don't have as good a reference source for the history of Japanese engines as American products, but sort of figure this to be a mid-1960's example.
Prop is an M.A. 8x4.
Fuel is .15% Wildcat.
