I’ve seen a lot of great concerts in my day by some great bands, but the Rolling Stones concert from the steel wheels tour was an event. It was insane. I’ll never forget it.
I showed up for the band that opened for the band that opened for them so I was one of the first people in LA stadium. A security guard came over to me and the nosebleed section and gave me tickets 10 feet from the edge of the stage. I could literally see Keith Richards guitar strings vibrating I was so close. Damn they were good.

Rolling Stones week on Jimmy Fallon. Mick Jagger has a great sense of humor. ‘Can you back up about two feet?’ Jagger slams the door on Jimmy Fallon. Fallon asked Keith Richards if he ever ‘spaces out for a moment/minute?’ Richards, the ever quick witted one responses, ‘for a minute?’ The Rolling Stones are really good men, great rock ‘n roll musicians, and have fun on the way, most likely more fun now than then. I don’t know this to be true because I can understand on a homeless persons life ‘what that fun means!’ Anyway, I love you guys and thanks for sharing your wonderful life, grand music 🎶, and don’t ever respond or even acknowledge anyone’s comments about giving up your spotlight! Your spotlight will always shine. Much love and many more years of Rolling Stones music, #live!!! #TheRollingStones

      Cancel culture is after Fallon.
      Stones stood by him though.
Otherwise he would not have got the Hackney Diamonds gig.
I can't believe how many people missed that.
Then again with the Stones having already cancelled themselves ( no more Brown Sugar live ) the perennial whingers and complainers were confused and didn't know what to say.
      Ironic really.
They just cancelled themselves without knowing it.

Petty? What did he know about danger?
      What a wanker.

Fallon will never look right in a suit , awkward and out of place. And you would think With his background in comedy he wouldn't need to so obviously read the que cards.

Muito bom, mas os Beatles são a maior Banda de todos os tempos. Os Stones não chegam nem perto.

There would not be any sense in that conversation. You have to listen hard. You can make out some words. Ozzie once called my friend Kathy. She was supposed to watch over him while Sharon was gone. Kathy called him and he said he was in hell. Poor Ozzie, he was actually in front of Tower Records on Sunset Boulevard. I can't make this stuff up. It is the truth.
