I have not seen anyone on RUclips compare the hybrid blue trim with the select. Can u please make an in depth a video comparing the differences between the two. Everyone on youtube mainly talks about the trims above blue but i dont want to spend that money. Ill give you props on doing this review and not being boring, you have a good camera presence. Im currently in between the rav 4 hybrid and the blue trim as it looks like the xle is the only one that really is more on par with the base model of the tucson hybrid blue trim. Of course theres the problem of that Toyota price

My sister has a white 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL with the convenience package. She has had it since August 10th of 2022. She is still loving it a lot. She came from a 2018 Toyota RAV4 XLE. But she sold it and then got her Hyundai Tucson. As soon she test drove one she fell in love with it immediately. Because Hyundai has really done a good job with this generation Tucson. Plus it’s more quiet then the RAV4 it also has a nicer interior and it’s rides smoothly. And she loves having wireless apple car play. Because her RAV4 did not even had apple car play at all. And the technology is awesome she has the digital gauge since she has the convenience package. And even her has cloth seats it still has heated seats.

Thank you so much for this video! I didn’t know there were 3 different SEL trims. Lol! I just got my 22 Tucson at the beginning of this month. I’ve watched a few videos and I now know I don’t have a Unicorn SEL. 😂😂😂 It’s a premium with white leather. I love the air seats and the Bose system. I also love that I still have a gear shifter.

The supply right now is scarce just many of the popular suv's , its crazy right now. I was able to find the 22 tucson se in blue, besides it not coming with XM standard im loving it.

The SEL Premium really seems like the perfect one to get. Has the actual shift knob, wireless AA/Carplay, and vented seats! Love it!
Tge SEL convenience also adds the shifter.

I got a 2022 civic in july of last year but i really wanted an suv. I think I might trade mine in for one of these!
Supply shortage is so real that even some Hyundai dealers are asking above MSRP.
So my car was recently totaled (I’m ok) so I was unexpectedly car shopping. I narrowed it down to a car (Kia K5 GT-line) and a suv (Hyundai Tucson). With the N-Line not being out and me not having the time to wait for it, your 2 Tucson videos were really helpful in helping me learn about the different trims. I ended up buying a Tucson Limited. Yes it was about $33-34 if I remember correctly.
Interesting that in America the SEL premium has the leather seats & info screen exactly like the Canadian Preferred Trend version, but the change up comes where you guys get the fancy display where the odometer is that's on the Limited version, here we only get the regular odometer display BUT in Canada we get the full panoramic sunroof on this version, where you get the small one.

Excellent review and comparison! I just leased the 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Premium last Wednesday 5/5. I might have been the first person to lease the new Tucson because Hyundai didn’t have the leasing program set up. I had to wait five hours for them to set it up in their system before they could send it to my dealership to sign. I have loved the Tucson’s new design since it was first announced. I wanted the Limited Hybrid, but the monthly payment would have been higher than the gas savings. If you buy a hybrid, you have to own it for 5-10 years to see true gas mileage savings. The SEL Premium had a lot of the luxurious features from the Limited without some of the draw backs, like the push button gear selector. I’m in love with it. It turns a lot of heads.
I leased mine April 6th. When did you do it?
I don’t see the gear selector push buttons to be a problem, it actually makes it quicker to get going.
That little NFC key card DOES NOT WORK with the 2022 SEL convenience package car. You must have a limited for the blue nfc key card to work properly

The Limited has the interior lighting on the doors and you can change the colors too. The SE and SEL has the blue ambient lights only on the center console but those you can't change colors.
I got both packages on my Tucson plus I got the blackout edition. It looks amazing.

As far as I know, you have to step away if you don’t want it to open…at least that’s how mine is.

Push button shifter is thr obvious interior feature and driver only AC option in the Hybrids.

So is the SEL premium the same as the limited trim or is it the SEL trim further subdivided into 3 categories, cause I don't see those subcategories anywhere online, not even hyundais website. Can anyone explain?
On the website builder, if you choose sel then click "continue build" on the left side of the screen you will see the options for Convenience or Premium package. Those options have an info button that gives you more details.

Its not only about the score. The history is important too, but the closer to 900 youre credit is, the better.

If you're talking about Upgraded Tucson to base Santa Fe, TUCSON. Equal Trim levels probably Santa fe if space is important. Every situation is different. Check them both out

Do you honestly experience a better sound with the Bose upgrade? Some other youtubers claimed it wasn't worth it. Researching my purchase.
I feel it sounds better, especially with the higher notes. They sound more crisp.

They’re not actually flashing. This happens when the frames of the camera aren’t fast enough, they appear to be flickering in video.

@@MiguelMyCarGuy I like the Teal, Crimson Red and Titan Gray. The Teal and Blue is not available in my region so I am leaning towards the Red as it provides the better contrast with the blacked-out grill.

@@vicky924 They seem to be trickling in. Today I saw that one of the 4 or 5 dealers around me just got one, ironically where we initially test drove. Last week we drove 200 miles to get one cuz that was the closest that had just gotten them in.

@@MiguelMyCarGuy We have the Preferred Trim with Trend Package, it doesn't come with a 19 inch rims but it has panoramic sunroof instead. We only have 1 package here but there I think you guys have Convenience + Premium package and it offers different options. Hope Canada gets one too otherwise I'll just buy the luxury Trim mainly because I want the white interior.

@@MicEffect expect their engines are having trouble. I have not heard bad things about their transmissions thou. it’s no Toyota Aisin transmission but it does it’s job.
