    🌱 Wakame (Seaweed practice)
    🌱 Walking asana (Meditation balance and strength, inspired by Donna Farhi)
    🌱 Trikonasana (Triangle) with wall
    🌱 Sirsasana (Headstand)
    🌱 Bhramari Pranayama (Humming bee breath)
