      You may try... as long as you feel comfortable. I would also consider a softer texture blanket then, maybe fleece!?

    Hi..I have done extensive spine lengthening this week and it caused me pain in the middle of the spine..what should I do? Will there be complications? Or I stop and then go back to lengthening

    Thank you Adelene. I’m very happy that you offer these on demand classes. I prefer practicing restorative yoga in the evening. I’m a freelancer and sometimes it’s hard for me to schedule appointments. This gives me much more flexibility.

    Love the yoga nidra section, particularly opening up to experiencing joy in the body. Tendency is to be all too aware of the tension and stress, really lovely to be open to other experience. Diane King

    Your head support is similar to what is called 'the head nest' by Judith Lasater. Both are excellent. This kind of support is 'magical'. I never do a Savasana without this supportive, relaxing head support. Thanks again for sharing.
