    SELF PRACTICE 10 DAY CHALLENGE
    Day 1 of 10
    Leading up to the International Scoliosis Day on 27 June 2020, and in supporting Scoliosis Awareness month, I am sharing 30 mins of my Live self practice every morning from 17-26 June.
    It is my intention to support, share, inspire and challenge your commitment towards a dedicated self practice.

    🌱 Supta Matsyendrasana (Supine Twist)
    🌱 Supta Padagustasana (Supine Big-Toe Pose) Series
    🌱 Sirsasana (Headstand)
    🌱 Prone Release w/ bolsters

    Hello! Sorry for my English .. this is no very good .... I would like to know if all these exercise are suitable for any kind of scoliosis ??? Thank you very much !!!
