Steve’s son, Landon, is my niece Lucia’s best friend. Steve will be greatly missed by his friends, family, his wife, and his three little boys. May he rest in peace, and may the people who remain, rest in the knowledge that he was doing something that he loved. My heart goes out to all of them. ❤🇺🇸

Solider? Cmon fix it!
Gut wrenching to watch, as a parent of a future Marine officer, we honor your family and its historic dedication.
Salute to a missed Warriors, always remembered and never forgotten
How do you go from Officer to Warrant Officer?
You resign your commission. I’ve met plenty of them, including a former O6 who pinned CW2 because he wanted to go back to flying. It sounds crazy but I couldn’t make it up. In his case, I think he knew he couldn’t pin a star on his uniform so he said “screw it, I’ll go fly and only an MRD can stop me.” Most of them are usually O3s who know their flight hours drop significantly once they make field grade.

Sad events.
Don't belittle them by careless reporting.
Learn to use the possessive apostrophe. Soldier's. Family's.
Because college, right?
Thank you for your long history of service! So sorry for your loss. The risk is always something those in the Armed Services have to live with, every day of their active service.

Just don’t pay any attention to this guy. Not worth the time, some people just aren’t healthy in the head.
Watched it twice and didn’t notice the typo until your comment. Thankful for Steve and the crew - Hard to believe such wonderful men are gone. They will never be forgotten. Grateful for them and praying for their families every single day since we heard they gave the ultimate sacrifice.
