    My doctor laughed me in my face as I told him I use photobiomodulation to recover from long covid lymphocytopenia but as I asked him to recommend me some other methods, he had no solution! This happens in Switzerland and he is Professor doctor in haematology! It’s so sad to live through the decline of the classical medicine system, but I’m happy that people awaken to the TRUE MEDICINE!

A good place to start would be a 3 part conversation with Maria Menunous. Then a more recent talk with a youtuber named Abel James. They're dense with information but not too complex in my opinion.

    I have dementia, what kind I'm going through testing now. Finishing a sentence was getting difficult. I came upon this Biophotomodulation and its benefits on the brain. I invested in a headpiece that has five inferred modules on it, four on the head and one that clips inside the nose. I used it six days a week and after several months my speech came back near a hundred percent. The company Veilight said the device wasn't a cure but in my case, it helped me greatly.

    My infrared panel arrived about a month ago. I’ve been doing 20 minutes every other morning. My sleep pattern is definitely improving with an increase of deep sleep and REM. I’m 82 years old and feel that better sleep is important to improving osteopenia and other factors associated with aging. I’m also gardening, but wanted the red light panel for winter when I’m inside far too much.

    In the UK we used to have TB clinics where people would go to convalesce. The wards were bright and airy and all had double doors so the beds could be wheeled outside in the sunshine.. all patients were better for daily sun. This is forgotten treatment in todays medicine, but it really wasnt that long ago...

      This is correct. I found a paper on a google search that gave a history of the use of light in medicine. It seemed to be well agreed upon in the early 1900s that getting sunlight generally improved patient well being. Sure, it is no cure all. But it does seem to be basic support for good health.

    Thank you both! @16 min on infrared being such a large part of sunlight - it seems that just getting a bit of sun time, and maybe just indirect would negate the need entirely to use expensive red/infrared lamps, except for special circumstances. I've also gotten rid of LEDs in my house for general lighting several years ago and now use low energy full spectrum light, and few bulbs that are redshifted for late evening use. Energy is saved in other much more meaningful ways like diet, transportation, heat pump etc.

    Just to let you know: several years ago, my wife suggested using lights over my neck to deal with another sinus infection.
    Not only did it help with this , I have a record of my blood sugars during that period.
    It was the first time my blood sugars began to stabilize.
    I have cut back on metformin and glipizide.
    Now 90 day @ 103.
    Used to be 230!
    It was the catalyst that allowed everything else to improve my type 2 diabetes.
    Now when I go back to do 60 minutes of elliptical, my blood sugars doing to 400, they go to 104!
    As a former Respiratory Therapist, Dr. Seheult is the doc you hope you get to work with!
    He is a Godsend to Respiratory Therapy!
    His ICU is so fortunate to have him?
    Photobiomodulation is wonderful!
    So is sunlight! Go look at what it does for body inflammatory markers?

    Here is why ,i actuality live in east Africa ,Ethiopia where the hottest,as well as the lowest altitude place on earth ,ertale afar ,east Ethiopia ,let me tell u almost no disease at all including cancer ,mental illness ,except malaria here ,even if the temperature reaches 50 centigrade ,where as there is a lot of different diseases occurs in same country ,ethiopia even same woreda ,but in high altitude where the temperature reaches below 10 degree centigrade. I proved it infrared temperature is the king of medicine ,i proud to be in east africa,the hottest place throughout the year ! I have 1 ?Quastion here ,why warm ,cloudy temperature triggers inflammation ? But hot temperature stop inflammation ? For example mony people living in warm climate are sick of asthma and other autoimmune conditions ,but immediately cured when they go dry hot weather .

I'm in Esthetician school and they tell us to use SPF 50 every 1 1/2 hr when outside and every 3 hr when inside, cover all body parts when outside and wear a hat, an absolute shutout of Sun. I am lucky to live in S. Cal and enjoy walks on the beach daily around sunset, minimally clothed and at 63 yo I'm told my skin and health is 20 years younger than my age. Thank you.

    Amazing doctor! Over the last 3 years because of two medical issues that I'm experiencing, I have literally watched or listened to thousands of RUclips health videos. I have watched and listen to scores and scores of doctors and other health care providers. I can honestly say that this doctor, Dr Schulte, is one of the two best doctors that I have encountered here on RUclips. The other doctor I highly highly recommend everyone to watch and he has scores of videos, is Doctor Mark Hyman MD.

    Re melatonin, worth mentioning how severely bodily production falls over age. Meanwhile, sleep quality and duration tends to fall as well. Coincidence? Also, many claim to have healed non sleep conditions via aggressive melatonin supplementation.

    So should we always have screen blue light protection, not only in the evening? What about sunglasses, I thought they were bad for health? What about normal glasses - should they have blu light filter? What about IR sauna - does it have the same affect as IR light pannels or ..? Thank you!

    • @cymanthafredrickson8210
      @cymanthafredrickson8210 4 месяца назад +2

      I can respond to one of your questions. The red light in panels is NEAR infrared (NIR) light; some infrared saunas come in both NEAR and FAR infrared; however, my infrared sauna blanket has only far infrared. FAR is a much higher wavelength and is responsible for the heating quality. To my understanding, they therefore have different modes of actions on the body.

  • @javiTests
    @javiTests 5 месяцев назад +14

    I've been subscribed to his channel for a few years already and it's always interesting to listen to him. But on the topic of latitude, when he explains at 25:40 that COVID started to have the surge of cases from north to south, it could be as well because the better the weather and the more hours of sun, the more people are meeting outdoors (or ventilating) and not indoors. For example, I'm from the south of Spain and for Christmas 2020 we had dinner with all windows opened, next to us (literally a meter away, making a corner, so very good ventilation), and that's only possible because it was 13-14ºC outside, but I guess you can't do that in Finland if you don't want to die 😅. In any case, I already knew about the trial with the near IR light vest, so it looks near IR could help the immune system, but what I want to say is sometimes there are explanations that we can't see and unless we go for a double blind trial, we can't be for sure.

      Yes, it’s true that human behaviour also has a role to play here, especially as we tend to congregate indoors during the cooler months. I believe he explains that some of these observations are more of a correlation but it’s interesting to consider the role the seasons may play in our health. Great point, I had thought about this as well. Thank you for the comment.

      I have a few really good quad wavelength LED panels and some SAD light, narrowband 311 nm UVB LED, broad spectrum NIR to IR lamps and also a few medical lasers from Erchonia.
      Quite amazing how much of our health depend on a variety of wavelengths ❤

    Compared to 30 years ago. There was minimal led/fluorescent/cfl use. Lights were more full spectrum and less blue, inside the house and outside. Mercury vapor, halogen and sodium lights were prevalent compared to the other types. I'm going back to incandescent at the moment. I'll see if it changes anything this coming winter.

    I purchased a red light panel on September 17, 2024 to treat discoloration on my facial skin. Prior to using the red light panel I woke up on June 10, 2024 with vertigo. It was such a violent experience that I often got thrown to the ground with a loss of balance event. Every morning I would wake up and it would be a many minute struggle to get to my feet. On September 18, 2024 I awoke and realized that something was very different. My vertigo had been turned off as if a switch had been thrown. Now, six weeks later I am still vertigo free. I believe that the red light turned off the vertigo.

    Exposure to sun light is definetly a bonus .. BUT IR and NIR is better because you can choose at what time to expose yourself (in the evening with gogles to stimulate melatonin production), you do not have UVA and UVB over exposure plus the frequency has less noise and scattering compared to the frequency of the sun
