Thank you, Dr. Seheult! Have learned a lot from your videos. You spoke only about the timing of food and not the type - since this lecture was just an overview. My experience is the kind of food you eat greatly affects your gut bacteria and has - what maybe - the largest behavior effect on the immune sys. Since having to cut out sugar, flour, rice to address psoriasis and arthritis (rather than take the immunosuppresent the doctor was advocating)...the change in diet cured my diseases and i have not been sick for 8 years. Previously - in my 50s - was getting sick every flu season and taking up to 2 weeks to get over it. I replaced the calories with vegetables/esp. leafy greens and healthy fats. Also do intermit. fasting and eat some probiotics every am (saurkraut or kimchi).
2nd issue) 3 days of moderate 20-min exercise; dont worry about the gym. I have read elsewhere that losing muscle mass is one of the indicators of poor longevity. I dont go to the gym, but i do have a pull up bar, do some push-ups, etc. Prob 20 mins of actual lifting - but it takes an hour due to rest periods. Plus, some aerobic exercises: rowing, dancing & spinning (to help work on my balance since quitting sports). My work is sedentary so it feels good to do something every day - but mix it up. Seems like our bodies were designed to be more active.

I'm not convinced fevers are identical with raised body temps, and as effective a treatment: I've had both extensively, and I prefer exposure to sun and warm water to fevers -doesn't feel the same at all. Fevers are perhaps a mere indication or result of the body's state - under siege, and not a "treatment". I had many fevers as a child and knew instinctually I had to bring them down, with cool water, rest and small doses of asperin. After which self-medication I felt I might survive, after all. Red measles spots are not the body's coping mechanism, but a result of infection.
    Same idea.

I have been fighting borderline HBP all my life, even before my work years, and at 5 ft 7 in tall I came close, 199lbs, at being obese and may have been pre diabetic at the time but went on intermittent fasting and low carb eating. I now take HBP medicine which keeps me at 110/65 on a regular basis and I am currently 71 YO and weigh 145 lbs. with a goal of 135 to keep me in normal range for my body type...I would like to know what permanent physical damage I may have caused going forward, i.e. being back on a normal circadian clock as I now am, will my body and mind return totally to normal?? Doctors: Beware of Low Diastolic Blood Pressure When Treating Hypertension
Study adds to evidence that very low diastolic blood pressure is linked to heart damage
Release Date: September 1, 2016, Johns Hopkins Medicine
-Note- 110/70 is ideal for people taking no medications but it is likely indicative of over-medicating if it is achieved with high blood pressure medications.
My elderly mother was over-medicated and her physician attended Johns Hopkins Med School so she responded well when I printed out this warning and shared it with her.
My mom has been taken off 12 daily medications due to improved nutrition. According to the Levine Biological Age Calculator which is based on bloodwork test results, she has aged minus 15 years during the last 3.5 years. Good luck and good health to you!

Would you please explain the effect about taking vitamin D supplement? Would high doses vitamin D suppliment be equally not as good as getting it in the sun? However, in your other episode, you mentioned some hospitals use high dosages of vitamin D to treat Covid with good result and you personally take 2500 IU on a daily basis. Therefore, is taking vitamin D suppliment safe in an unregulated industry advisable in your opinion? Many thanks!

Because at night, your body should be going into fat burning mode.. healing, cell repair occurs during sleep. If insulin is present, no healing occurs.

@@mobutter2879 Eating at late evening brings insulin down which means healing can occur now at night. At day time I burn fat.

I’m 61, have low WBC count, and have been getting skin infection, on my fingers, with totally intact skin. I always been very germophobic, and take all the precautious not to get infected. The bacterias are very resistant to antibiotics, and even the strongest of them, Vancomycin IV, did not do a thing. What to do to prevent these invisible and silent attackers?

Being outside wintertime hardly gives you any IR light, even if the sun were slightly visible. That makes your advice pretty useless. It's simply not actionable!

Does the amount of near infra-red radiation depend on the angle of the sun? In other words, do you need to be exposed to sun more at higher latitude in winter?

To some degree but near infrared will get you where UVB will not.

I've read that after a certain age (around 50-60 yo) the organism stops producing melatonin so it's important to take supplements. Is that correct?

    Big Thank You Dr Roger...
    High 5
I shared with someone that if i told you i dance bare foot in the dirt arms raised high, fingers out stretched, singing happily and while facing the sun! Would you tell me that i am a silly Barbarian?
    Why? To establish balance??
    Oh wait let me translate.
    I am seeking homeostasis?
Vibration from dancing & singing the frequency stimulates the thalamus? The sun light stimulates?? You took an hour to explain how important it all is.
Those old people were not crazy all those centuries ago they were just way a head of us.
    Dance Mightily in the sun!
    Ground your "electric like body"
Praise loudly and create and stimulate your self!
Eat what was once alive and had a name you can pronounce without a dictionary of chemical analysis and RELAX!
    Keep up the EXCELLENT WORK!!
    Thank You
    Thank You
    Thank You
I Thank God for you and the truth you share!
