And his father wasn't just any father, but also the founder of Audi Club North America who imported no less than five of the short-wheelbase Group B homologation cars in period (1986). Wow, what a tremendous interview ! We remember well the Beddor family and those times when they brought these Sport Quattros to BIR. The cars were fascinating; the ride-alongs with Steve quite invigorating, the unique sound absolutely enthralling. Steve could put the car anywhere off line or on, and with a quickness of turn-in ability the chassis/suspension could invoke a stability with phenomenal grip that was otherworldly. Thanks for a great podcast and great to hear from you once again Steve !!!
