1997 Toyota Tacoma 3.4 RWD High Idle Fix

throttle doesn't go back all the way. if you clean it and try to adjust it you can get the plate to return easier.
always keep in mind the return spring might be going out on the throttle cable arm. the spring that pulls the throttle arm back closed. I pulled mine and tighten it some to get my throttle to pull closed
