Happy Wednesday Besties! We made it halfway through the week; I hope you’re all reaching and crushing your goals. Here is a very realistic day in the life of a middle school teacher. I teach 8th grade math and I am truly so blessed to be an educator. This vlog features my morning routine, school routines and other daily tasks. It's not a glamorous job, but it's mine and I LOVE IT! As always, enjoy babes xx

23 year veteran middle school teacher…glad to see young teachers in the profession and yes leave work at school you will last longer and avoid burn out…
I agree. But I will say that it’s very subject dependent. My best friend teaches math and he rarely takes work home with him. I taught English and it was impossible not to. When are we supposed to grade 167 essays especially when most planning periods are spent either covering classes or in meetings? So, I burnt out. 😭

I loved teaching middle schoolers; they’re funny, still malleable and they humor your corny ideas. I love when teachers recognize the importance of building rapport and safe relationships with students. Kids don’t learn from teachers they don’t like. period.
They are also not well behaved and rude
Girl, seeing what time you get up to make the gym made me realize if I really want it, I have to go get it!!! No excuses.

I am a middle school counselor - I really enjoyed this video 😊 I stumbled upon this video while looking for a morning routine for those of us who have full time jobs. Most of the morning routine videos seem to be of those who are full time vloggers or maybe full time entrepreneurs. Working in a school system does not provide flexibility during the day. This video confirmed that a wake up time before 5am is not as far fetched, especially since my work day starts at 7:00am 😊
Omg idk how people wake up before 5am! This makes me realize how lazy I am lmao!! I always tell myself to wake up early but I never do. One day I'll get there! haha! Love the teaching vlog

If you are willing to share, what is the laptop you were looking to get? I need a new one too but I don’t want to pay 1K for a MacBook 😫. I tried to buy a laptop at Best Buy the other day but all of the pcs that were relatively affordable were sold out except for one. And when I went to put that one in my cart an employee told me not to buy it because it was literal trash 😂😂😂
I bought a 2016 used Mac book air on Amazon and it arrived new like had for 7 months and have not had any issues with it yet🤗
