Today, I will share an Indonesian recipe: Potato Cake or Perkedel Kentang. Very suitable to have with soup or something like that.

Ingredients :
750gr Potatoes, cut into small pieces
1 onion (55gr), thin sliced
Indonesian celery, thin sliced
1 egg
1 tbsp Salt
Cooking Oil
