I usually stay organized from the start of my project anyways, so I don't typically have this problem, but sometimes there is the odd ball clip or file that came from a different source that I forget to add back into my folders and then it disrupts the whole sharing process.

That's what we do at our agency uploading and downloading from GDrive all the time. Always have a project folder i.e. "YYMMDD_ProjectName" in that folder have other folders for "Graphics", "Source Video", "Audio" etc and simply share the "YYMMDD_ProjectName" folder when you're done? 🤷♂️😄
AmaZing! Can u also show a tutorial if u edit on premier and grade it in davince resolve. What’s the best and easy way to transfer ? I do edl export but it shows error on davince when colour grade artist opens. Plz make a tutorial on that . Thanks 🙏
Is there a way to remove unused files not only from your premiere pro project but also from your file system? So as a way of archiving your project (and removing the unused footage) without the need to actually archive it since that takes time (my first project took a few minutes and failed) for big projects and requires additional disk space to run the process while I just want to remove the unused clips from my computer to save up disk space. If instead of removing them from PP it would mark them so you can select them as a set of files and then right-click to remove/delete files from file system and PP that would be great. Is there a way around/like this?
Seems counter intuitive to me, unless I'm missing something. I like my folder to be just as organized as the project. The resulting folder is a giant glob of files. Why doesn't it create folders per bin?

As someone who’s obsessive about organizing in bins, does this method preserve them in the copied folder?
It used to do it in After Effects, so I'm thinking it'll preserve folders/bins.
