Hi Peter, I love your tutorials. They're so in-depth but make so much sense. I've been battling with trying to understand the different codecs and methods of exporting using Premiere Pro and I'd love it if you did a tutorial on the differences and how you export your clips to maintain quality but not make them 1TB! Cheers
I’ve been following your content for about 5 years. My work has improved so much, my efficiency is up 200 percent since I started. Thank you for your work, you deserve every sub you have 👏🏼
Thank youuuu! 🙌🏻 Impeccable timing. I just switched from FCPX - literally still working on my first video in Premiere. SO glad I switched, but it was driving me insane to start over and to take 20x longer because I don’t know any shortcuts and had to google everything. 😳 You just saved me so much time and prevented so many headaches. Hi Peter, as a semi new filmmaker i love all your videos. Wondering if you could just film some B-Roll and then screen record the full edit, with some commentary of what you're doing. Would love to see the entire process to hopefully improve my editing skills! Thank you for all your help Peter.

6:07 this is a great way to get a widescreen feel on a 16:9 video but you're better off just changing the sequence dimensions from 1920 x 1080 to 1920 x 816. If you put bars over a 16:9 image, it looks like a 2.35 crop but when you play it back on anything that isn't a 16:9 aspect ratio you'll get weird vertical letterboxing around the edges, if you render the sequence as 1920 x 816 anything you play that file back on will automatically adjust the letterboxing on the top and bottom of the frame to suit the size of the file.
