    FYI: The Angle adjustment, that you showed for a horizon, can be used vertically too. I use it this way a lot, as I shoot in studio frequently. So I'll pick an object or a corner of the room, or a pattern in the bricks that I know should be vertically straight, and it works just like it does horizontally. Very effective tool. Thanks for the entertaining tutorials! Keep it up!

      The tool does not define the professional, his ability does.

    Good tips!
    You missed out on one of L's most epic features;
    Press L, then press R. Then change your crop.
    You can even move the whole cropped rectangle around. That way you don't have to 'imagine' what the crop will look like, you can actually see it right there, with nothing else on your screen but the finished crop, before you even hit enter. Worth while.
    You can also go R and then CTRL (or whatever that is on an Apple device), that way you instantly get the level angle thing going. You don't need to click the icon.

    Awesome video. There is one thing that almost ALL youtube videos have in common with the "Star" (1-5) system is that if some one likes a photo they give it 5 stars....no, no, no don't do that cause you just maxed out the ratings.
    This is my workflow. 1star for interest and edited photos > 2 stars for photos posted on social media > 3 stars for photos printed > 4 stars for sold photos and 5 not even used yet.
    In the LIBRARY mode with a folder with say 500 photos, if I click "G" (shortcut for grid viewing) and I want to see all photos I edited but did not post yet to social media, I go to top top of the page click on ATTRIBUTE look for star rating and change it to rating "EQUAL" then click 1 star all the edited photos will pop up in the bottom film strip, if want to see what I posted 2 stars....printed, 3 stars. This saves so much time and narrowing down a photo I want to go back to later and maybe re-edit or change the export pixels per inch from 72 (web) to 300 (print).

    Seriously I wish I could do an apprenticeship with you peter. I’ve been following you for a while and I can honestly say I can’t get enough of your knowledge. I just wish I was able to consume myself more with it via apprenticeship lol. I love all things videography, cinematography, and photography. You are the king fish in this industry and one hell of a person to learn from.
