Don't you think the Thanos who was beheaded could've been a skrull? He seemed odd as well
Rhodes says "Unbeleivable"
Btw wga writers are paid an average of 5000 dollars a week pay. I don't get that a month they'll be ok. Or we can watch ai TV cause honestly it's better any Dam way
What im confused about is the timeline.. He comes back from the snap.. And an hour later he's suddenly ordering the skrulls to do this hahaha, then gets distant and bails
Honestly shit we didn’t get to see fury come back from the blip like yelena
Rhodey and Happy's moment during the funeral where they hug one another was such a small but important scene. Two of Tony's longest friends who hadn't really shared any screentime in the past were comforting each other over the death of their best friend. To suggest that he was a Skrull during this would undermine an important moment between these characters. That's a little too far to speculate
No, the opposite. That’s the PERFECT thing to undermine
Not necessarily. If he had been a Skrull for awhile, they still heave feelings and form friendships like anyone else. The decision to go against Nick Fury was a recent one.
agreed
"too far to speculate" what like it's an offensive thing to suggest? they're not real people...
Just look at Caps expression and eyes shifting towards Rhodes in that scene, He knows something is wrong
If Happy is a Skrull here that would make him a Skrull during the events of Far From Home and No Way Home and I'm just not buying it.
I agree lol he legit loved may 😢❤ not some skrull spy 🫤
EV wants Happy to be a Skrull so bad. Lol
@@wardoctor89Just because he loved May doesn't mean he can't be a Skrull. Not saying he is one, that's just not a reason he couldn't be one.
@@wardoctor89 aunt may was his skrull lover back from Planet Skrullos
I thought Happy could have been a Skrull since the beginning, but then I just remembered IM3. I could buy Rhodey being a Skrull at the funeral, but not too sure about Happy.
I feel like they could almost make a series just about the clean-up and aftermath of that battle. Not only do we see the helicopter and likely the DODC taking stuff away, Fury had his people in there collecting stuff and we know that somebody got ahold of Laura Barton’s watch and the Ronan suit, so a lot of people were scavenging that site.
Actually that would be a great one off special presentation
I just was thinking this myself DOCD being Skrulls the entire time makes too much sense
There could have been many Skrulls fighting during the Endgame Battle of Earth. It is very likely that in the 5 years Skrulls infiltrated both Wakanda and The Sorcerers. Thanos was a threat to the Skrulls as much as he was a threat to Humans and Asgardians.
I like to think doctor strange. Or the Asgardians would find them pretty easily. Simply being they deal with charms and spells. Loki changes skins and thor and freda knew and could care less.
It would have been cool if Tony died in Endgame and he was a Skrull then
They couldn't infiltrate the sorcerers or Asgard. Yall be trippin.
They wouldn't have the powers of the Wizards. So not being able to do magic would be suspicious.
@@brianwalker88skrulls changes back when they get injured or die.
That “All that for a drop of blood” line hits a lil harder now 😬
No it doesn’t.
they could have collected Thanos' DNA too. and why wouldn't they?
True tho and what if they also collect Thanos blood. That would be crazy.
@@kewl_ hes got no special powers though
Thanos is still a “mad Titian” and is stronger than cull-obsidian
Fury putting his eye patch and coat back on with the show's main theme closing off the episode was awesome. Cool way to set the stage for the finale.
nice copy and paste, how about an original comment
They should've left in the moment of him popping up the collar. So rude🤦🏾♂️

If Happy was a Skrull, then why would he go to Aunt May's grave at the end of NWH!?
It would be real weird for two secret skrulls to have a secret chat two feet away from Captain America.
never been this early in my life

🎉
Well, now I will not be surprised if Happy turns out to be a skrull..
If Fury had Skrulls infiltrate many government agencies, how come he didn't know that Hydra was growing inside shield all along ? There must have been at least a Skrull that took some hydra's secret mole's place and received information about Hydra controlling Shield, thus brining the info to Fury.
Explanation of it further raises more questions. Such as if skrull were just failed to deliver hydra existence because they got caught then how can hydra not know about skrulls as well?
Going to hop on the Deep Dive after this video 😊
I really don’t think that Rhodey and Happy were Skrulls at Tony’s funeral until some time after the events of the endgame movie
I just love how one small event can make people remember about a Years old movie . Love it
I wouldn’t call the battle of earth a “small” event lol
@@mjml4668 no I meant events in this series. The harvest ep
I'm just wondering why Thanos blood was not retrieved.
They couldn't blend in if they ever took faces of those heroes
If they didn't get it before he dusted, there probably was no other opportunity to do it during the battle.
They do only mention heroes. I doubt it but maybe when dusted all of the villains and their armies blood disappeared too?
He dusted… there was no blood
The beheaded one?
Cant wait for the finale 🔥🔥
In the comics, some of the skrulls theme sloan was "He loves us" meaning god. Interesting they decided to change it and say "Home in our own skin"
Probably wanted to be less on the noise about Christianity
I'm wondering if all of Damage Control is run by Skrulls....they're the ones always responsible for the clean ups afterall
The female captain of the DC definitely seems like one
7:36 isn’t there a rumour for a cameo in secret invasion for someone as a skrull that would break everyone’s hearts. Tony’s 2 best friends at his funeral weren’t really there thag would make a lot of sense?
Ep5 is definitely the best episode of secret invasion so far, high hopes for the finale
Wish they would’ve shown Fury get blipped back since his initial “blip” was in the middle of the street 😂
Nick Fury's motto "Don't let a crisis go to waste"
If Nick defeats Gravik by giving him all the powers of Howard the Duck, this entire series is redeemed.
Quack-Fu is superior to every combat even Taskmaster's
Nah, Gravik would instantly solo Fury if that happens because Howard the duck can solo Goku 😂😂😂
Seems like we went from a Multiverse themed MCU to a Secret Invasion one so quick
I don’t think Happy would have been a Skrull for awhile. You said in one of the videos 4 ways to tell Skrulls apart. One of which of they revert their form while being unconscious. Happy would have reverted during Ironman 3 if he was a Skrull but didn’t. So that means either he isn’t or was taken sometime after.
that eway even rhodey would have turned into skrull after the crash in civil war, dont you think?
@@vije364he was switched after civil war, probably right after endgame
@@KylanAtkinson The earliest would be after the snap, that's when I think the rest of the million skrulls came to Earth, was when Fury was dusted. I don't think they all were on Earth without Fury knowing about it. I think he didn't know because it happened when he was gone and Talos didn't tell Fury after he returned.
@@vije364 Why would he? He didn't lose limbs
Can we PLEASE talk about why tf would Fury want to harvest the DNA of every hero he could get his hands on and then lock it all away? To what end? What was his endgame with collecting those samples? Because right now the Harvest is just an incredibly convenient mcguffin for the plot of the Secret Invasion story with no other clear in-universe purpose of its existence.
Yeah, I feel like it's gonna be a generic plot device for future projects too. Red hulk? Ross' condition is bad, and so they give him Hulk blood to make him invincible. Sentry? Snatch a sample of Cap's blood and somehow upgrade it exponentially, etc., etc.
I'm staying to think maybe he wanted it so no one, alien androids wizards, could go in there and get a hold of it first. I'm REALLY hoping that's why.
Gain Of Function
Maybe he didn't want dodc to have it so kept it
Why he wouldn't destroy it ehhhhh idk
clones of the avengers
That last detail is a cool find!
I think Rhodes was captured sometime after Endgame when Gravik and his crew started looking for the vials from the harvest. Gravik could've thought Rhodey had some information, so he kidnapped him to look through his memories.
i am so glad that you include the tag lines about the writer's strike in every episode lately.
Rhodey was full on unable to walk in end game after his suit goes down lol. 100% was not a skrull.
Nice video
The eye patch contains a program that identifies rather the person is a skrull or not. Either that or it hold The Harvest itself
I'm still wondering why the eye patch has it's own space. 🤷
Great! Now you got me thinking yo!!! Lol😮
Great family pic, nice!
This is a great analysis! def think Fury would get right back to work after returning from the blip and have his "second big week"!
Neva realized how hard cap is looking at them in da scene
I used to hope they bring in AOS characters in, now I hope the opposite.🤣
Wong! He was even there when Cull Obsidian's hand was chopped off.
crazy how many doors they leave open for actors to come back. another timeline, universe, a skrull, clone and caborgs atleast in the comics.
It’s really hard to tell who was skrull and who wasn’t in endgame but that’s a bit messed up of fury doing that and not letting anyone know
Think of it like Batman having a plan to take out the other members of the Justice League just in case. If any of the Avengers went Rouge it would be pretty hard to stop them. With their DNA Fury could possibly come up with a way to stop them. So of course he wouldn't tell them.
@@Earendilgreyfuck batman and fury was way outta line he is the reason this whole secret invasion happened in the first place
@@dariuschisholm7317 lets be real, even if he told the avengers gravik would still be trying to do this regardless.
@@dariuschisholm7317That’s a rather simplistic interpretation of events. Gravik is the reason that everything is happening. Not Fury. And Fury having that DNA is completely in line with his character to always be prepared for contingencies. Do you want random nefarious organizations to get ahold of Avengers blood? Because that’s what would happen if Fury didn’t come in to do the clean up. And Fury telling the other Avengers would have been irrelevant to Gravik wanting access to their blood anyways. If he didn’t have the harvest, he would have just gone after the other heroes in other ways.
@@dariuschisholm7317
You know Fury is a spy FIRST right ?
It fits his character throughout the MCU
Do you remember he had a backup in case "The avenger initiative " plan failed that Banner, Stark and Steve found out and they checked him for it??
That's who Nick is , his main goal is that the earth stays safe no matter what even if it gets dirty plus he puts his life on the line
It's actually honorable unlike most intelligence leaders he actually fights alongside his employees
This is crazy!
I think Captain America wouldn't have gone back in time if he would have thought there was something off. I think of why the Avengers were shown in that order by the lake
Maybe Cap peeked in the possible futures to have an idea of what's coming up.
Steve Rogers was staring daggers at Rhodie, as he and Happy Hogan hugged. Maybe he suspected (or knew) someting.
I feel like rhodie died in civil war when he crash landed after the airport fight scene, and a skrull replaced him at the hospital, he either died or was replaced than that was the only opportunity to do so
The Harvest could have also had a practical purpose to ensure that none of the non-powered Avengers were Skrulls (via DNA analysis) while keeping the Skrull presence on Earth a secret.
I'm also curious as to who these Skrulls were impersonating while they were there blending in. Like, Fury could have simply sent a team in and they say "We're on official business. What we're doing here is classified. Leave us to it and don't ask questions." But this op was meant as something that was taking place while appearing to not take place. So by sending a team of Skrulls to pull that off expressly because they could blend in and shapeshift, might Fury have actually facilitated the Skrulls under Gravik as taking the place of people like Rhodey right under Fury's nose? Sort of an op-within-the-op.
Skrulls can replicate DNA, at least to some extent
All the blood was collected post battle. I bet when the emergency crews rolled in after Tony died that’s when the skrulls showed up. Probably got the call from skrull rhode during the part when he was trapped under the avenger Building
What if they used pim particles to shrink the samples so they could all fit in one vile
I thought that Rhodey was looking out the window, away from them.
I believe that he was swapped after that moment
the recording is definitely something that would've been played as part of/right after the funeral
Oooh my god what if they got Thanos blood oh fxxk🤐
Rodey said unbelievable✌🏻💯
remember when they had an error about antman? where he's supposed to get into the van but then we see him fighting a big leviathan idk something? that might have been a skrull using pym technology
Pretty sure that was confirmed to be hank pym fighting
@@drunkbrick Wait it was? When was it confirmed
@justindai8401 can't remember exactly but I know it was either very late last year or early this year that both Paul Rudd and the Russo brothers confirmed it.
Weird request, but is there a link to the info from SAG at the beginning? I have a movie podcast and I want to be 100% sure i’m in the clear to post reviews
The way I take it, unless the studio is paying you to do the review, then you’re in the clear.
Please still do your own research, but I'm in the business, and I'm 99% sure you are in the clear to do somehting like that
I think with the The Harvest Sentry will be made
Did the Skrulls not experience the snap? I don’t know how much it would change but they don’t mention how the snap effected them. I feel like their perspective of the snap is a little murkey.

"Loose ends"- Ultron confirmed !
I always thought Fury or Stark got Thor’s blood in the first Avengers movie when Loki stabs him with a small blade and Thor takes it out and drops it on the balcony.
Now I’m really curious. Happy & Rhodie saying something to each other plus the weird look on Steve’s face right behind them while it seems he’s look at them. Did he hear what was said?
Steve's looking at them because the 2 just lost someone very close to them. That was more of a sympathy "I'm sorry for your loss, I understand what you're going through." look.
@@xickyr1611 That’s what I thought initially even the first few times watching Endgame but after seeing it again knowing they actually said something right before, it looks like it could be more than that. It almost seems like Steve is almost glaring at Rhodie as a response to what he just said. Just seems like could be more than a sympathetic look is all
Skrulls disguised as EMT just pocketing gauzes and swabs used after the battle when everyone was being checked out.
Some of the reaches on this channel are hilarious
Will you guys be breaking down Oppenheimer???
Fury being Fury with sneaky ulterior motives now he has to clean up the mess he created 💩
Where TF IS MP
Also totally looks like Steve Rogers was eyeing Rhodey and Happy!
Assimilation is better than Annihilation. Took that from They Cloned Tyrone, but fits 👌
1:50 Anyone notice Nick Fury’s scars are 3 lines, and then there’s one that’s shaped like the number 4 (the one closest to his ear)?
And? What are you hinting at?
Cap was looking at them... suspiciously.
This hurts my heart
Don't you think Peter would have known if Happy was a scroll after mastering his spider sense in Far From Home?
If you go back when Rhode and HAPPY hug, watch capt ! He saw something wasn't right.......
I wonder what you guys think about Iodide. All I know about it is that it works as an antiseptic. Same with sugar mixed with Iodide. Gravik definitely has been consuming a lot of sugar or maybe it is salt.
Rhodey said “Unbelievable”. Not “We took him home”.
I actually also still wonder if SHIELD was somewhere on the ground as well during that final battle of Avengers Endgame. Remember in WandaVision how Jimmy & Monica debate on whether Captain Marvel or Wanda was stronger and almost took out Thanos single-handedly. How did they know that unless they actually saw everything unfold in real-time? So maybe SHIELD was there too working with the Skrulls at the time??
As shown by Ms Marvel, what happened in the Battle of Earth is public knowledge. In Quantumania, we see that Scott was the one who shared all this information.
I wouldn't be surprised if Rhodey was replaced between the battle & the funeral, but it would feel weird if Happy had been a Skrull during Far From Home & No Way Home imo
Yeah I think it's that speech he said about how close he was to tony. True a skrull would have the memories but Happy seemed so genuine
I find it kind of hard to believe that one.
I don't know if it's been mentioned, but is it possible that they also took the blood of Thanos?
Happy could be a skrull?!?!?
Skrappy?😂
How about “we’ll soon be home”
Very interesting…
the fact that blood was even harvested is as bad as using ai to write storyline
I was interested in this video, but halfway through I realized why I haven’t watched the last four Marvel shows, or the last three movies - the plotting is becoming quite convoluted. I don’t want to know that I have to pay attention to every frame of a movie just so I can further understand why things happen in that universe. It’s actually really exhausting.
This totally explains why we saw 2 antman's during that final battle 8-0
They made an effort to collect avengers blood buy they didn’t care enough to record Rhodey saying “Boooooom looking for this?!”? I’m done 😂
Rhoades mouthed "Unbelievable"
alright, But how did they get blood of frost giant?
it why I love coming to your channel. Little things like that Rodie and Happy moment. There is nothing there, BUT, maybe there is....lol.
there aint no way Rhodey was a skrull in in Engame. Happy I can see but not war machine
Yo🔥
I want to see fury jr and old fury take the watcher’s eye
Why didnt they ise some of that "Tahiti" stuff to save talos that they ised to save agent colson
I just can't believe that Endgame Rhodey was a Skrull. Even if Disney makes it canon, it just screws everything up with the emotional moments after Tony's death in Endgame.
Happy Hogan does have a connection with the extremis
my issue with Skrody and Skrappy whispering to each other is that rogers is like a foot behind them and would hear what they are saying
Except that doesn't matter in movies. People say they need to talk real quick alone and move over 2 feet and start talking as if that's enough space for the other person to not hear them.
Honest question, would that breath lock fury uses on his grave actually be a realistic type of security?
I think this is how the make The Sentry.
just sounds like they’re consoling each other, if he said something along the lines of “him” being “home” i think it’s a safe assumption he was talking spiritually, like ‘he’s in a better place’
It looks like Skrodie said "unbelievable"
Wow your really do a great job with your deep dive in things videos 📷 but I do wonder since Secret Invasion started I may think the reason why Fury stood way in the back porch of Tony's Funeral in Endgame sure he like many of the other Avengers and Heroes he wanted to pay his respect for him but also so He would it have anyone knowing that he about Skrull survey team back at the ruins of the Avengers compound
Paibok, super skull
Rhodie says "unbelievable"
