20g Glutinious rice flour (shiratamako・白玉粉)
20cc (20 ml/ 0.13cup) water
20g Rice flour (jyoshinko・上新粉)
20cc(20ml/ 0.13cup) hot water
2 tsp sugar
Pink - food colour, pickled sakura flower(optional)

Ah I remember I really wanted to try out making dango, unfortunately the first time didn't work but hopefully it'll succeed when I make em next time ^^ it's been a year or more anyway and I've certainly improved. Exciting to try it out!

I tried it and it was so good! It was very easy to make, and I will definitely be making it again! I would recommend putting in more sugar, because it wasn’t very sweet. Other than that, it was delicious!

I had to add mor flour, because it was not a solid dough, and i think i slightly undercooked them, but this is really tasty. Thank you for sharing this recepie

Had seen the mitarashi dango recipe video with tofu or no tofu but not this one, which is very nice as well. Pretty cool information on the colors of the dango, never heard that before. Liking a lot how simple, well explained and straight to the point your video is. Subarashii.
I was about to criticize the inefficient portion sizes but then I realized this is the perfect amount for practicing making this

In your experience, what other flavors work for the dango? Chocolate? Kiwi? Strawberry? Caramel? Mango?

My My... This is the most beautiful Dango I ever seen, Can we use Condensed milk/sweetened milk instead of water?
I have never tried it but worth try it! Condense milk is quite thick so I would dilute it with water if I was to use. Thank you so much for your question! ❤️

if your dough ever gets hard put 2 fingers in some hot water and rub it against the dough it will get hard later you can repeat it if its still hard (I only tried it with hot water so I don't know if it works with cold water)

Does the amount of regular rice flour and glutinous rice flour are same? If i use 250gr of glutinous rice flour does it same gram with the regular rice flour too?
