Hi, you would need to send all your coins to your new Trezor wallet. It's the only way how to improve your private keys security, as your current keys were already exposed when you saved them on your PC. The main idea behind Trezor is that private keys will never leave the device!
Is it possible to switch from ledger nano S (my screen died, it's now useless) to Trezor safe 3? Nano S has 24 seed phrase while based on your website safe 3 only has 12 seed phrase. Hi Kris, although Trezor Safe 3 generates 12-words seed by default, you can still import 24-words seed to it. All Trezor devices work with any BIP39 seed. And regarding Philippines, we are sadly unable to ship there due to the complicated procedures with customs clearance.

Hey, thanks for asking! Not at all - all you need is your recovery seed that represents a key to your wallet. If your device gets lost/damaged, you simply import your seed to another device and your whole wallet appears there.

The passphrase/HD Key is stored encrypted on the general purpose chip and the general purpose chip is what builds the signed transactions, correct?
