Q1: Why don't you allow to _easily_ create 33 words seed recovery by initial simple question 20 or 33 words backup? Setting up environment for command line & googling silly complicates Trezor's initialization. Simply said - i would sleep better, no matter how you would argue, that 20 words is sufficient for all ;c)) Everyday well sleeping for many years is worth more than additional one-time 5 mins spent with one-time initialization ;c)
Q2: Can i use universal firmware in bitcoin-only Trezor Safe 5 edition? Maybe in a few years i will upgrade Trezor HW again and having Bitcoin-Orange FIDO2 etc. could be useful ;c)
@trezor how do you track your crypto purchase price? My problem is I buy crypto, transfer to my trezor, & transfer back to an exchange but I forgot my original purchase price or I DCA and don’t know what the DCA is now on my trezor suite. Can someone teach me how you track your crypto?

I didn’t get a pop up saying choose standard wallet or passphrase wallet 6/08/2024 is this because there is a few changes on Trezor suite it opens a standard wallet straight away and to create passphrase wallet is on the top left corner
Hi, we recently made a change to the passphrase user interface. You won't have it enabled by default, but you can always enter the passphrase wallet from the drop-down selection menu in the right upper corner of your Trezor Suite wallet app!
What hot wallets support the new slip-39 20word backup?

Same device, but on one device i can acces wallet with passphrase and on another one i can´t .(Same passphrase, 100% correct.) Can you help me with that ?

Hi Ojsky, make sure both devices are up to date. Also, do you have the same seed on both devices? Passphrase is tied to the given seed.

if anyone finds our 20 words phrase or metal safe keeper, can they access our trezor wallet's coin? Or if we lost or get our trezor device stolen, will other be able to access?
Hi, anyone with access to your backup can restore the wallet and hence access the coins. This means that if you lose your Trezor device, you can restore the wallet using your backup. But also, if anyone finds your backup, they can access the wallet as well.
That's why it's crucial to store your backup safely!

You can recover your wallet to any 3rd party hardware or even software (hot) wallet out there that supports the same backup standard - that's most of the wallets as we use the industry standard 💪
We just recommend doing this in an emergency situations only, especially when using hot wallet as the seed may be compromised once it leaves your Trezor! If you do this, we consider then moving your coins to a newly created seed!
Please make an airgapped only Bitcoin hardware wallet with Tropic Square SE. Without us having to use Trezor Suite.

Finally, if you don't want to use Trezor Suite, you can choose from a variety of third-party wallets that support Trezor!
By the way, why do you want to use a different wallet app? Is there something you're missing in Trezor Suite?
