  • Demonstration of self 'dry' cupping to the quads.
    #Dry #Cupping is an excellent modality for reducing muscular tension improving range of motion, and can be used within #self #treatment on some areas of the body.

    I wish we could do drycupping on ourselves for sellulite 😅

      You can do slide cupping on yourself which helps to soften the appearance of cellulite, But it can be a bit sensitive in these areas sometimes.

      Hi Halima,
      It depends on the cause of the sciatic symptoms, and if it’s related to a disc injury or piriformis syndrome.
      It can help with the referred pain in the leg, but also cup the lower back region and glute area and combine with manual massage to the glute region too.
