in my unprofessional opinion just as long as there's enough meat and not much bone. you can use it everywhere though, as long as you're careful. the thumb attachment is my favorite. if u use the hard ones on someones back make sure you have someone test it on you before you use it on someone else. for soft touch u can use it anywhere u want. it will basically be moving the muscle fibers in all directions but very slightly. like breaking in for something more intense. try the soft fat air one lightly on the upper chest, it should be an odd sensation. try going over the whole chest. both the pecs. its a little tricky to find. you will feel like coughing its pretty fascinating
@@focusrehab-how much time, speed to use and how often. My issue is tight chest after bilateral mastectomy and chiropractor uses massage gun on my chest.
that particular tool is well made. i recommend buying one that you can get a feel for first if possible. This brand is Replay, hyperice/hypervolt is also good as is achedaway.
Yes, for the area(s) that's cramping i would only use it for roughly 2-3 minutes at a time and i would go light so you don't cause any damage. this should help relieve the cramps.
The fork head is for working alongside the spine without touching the vertebrae

You do it and literally feel it...
Great informative video, what about intercoastal muscles when we have a slipping rib or costochondritis?
Thanks for watching! Light percussion with the softest attachment has been well tolerated by my patients, good luck!

Can we use for head massage
How many that machine massage
I have a head that isn't like any shown in the video. It looks almost exactly like a thumb. What is that for?
That's for sticking in a pie
@@nobodydoesithalfasgoodasyou I found out it's for anal massage.
@@nobodydoesithalfasgoodasyouLMFAO that’s exactly what I use the thumb one for… >_> fr
Palms
I have an attachment like that too. The manual my massage gun came with says it's for your palms and soles of your feet.
Is that tool robust enough? Is made of metal or is plastic..? I would like something heavy and long lasting. Can you recommend anything?
