Well, it's Wacken - so the crowd is ~80,000 people (Population beyond the festival days is about 2,000) … so yeah, it's pretty fun :) BG are known for their fantastic audience participation. It's jokingly said that 80,000 people get together to sing, and the band just happens to show up and play music.
And, because you asked for it, a translation:
1:23 - We always enjoy being in Wacken. We would like to keep you screaming longer, but we only have a little time left, we want to spend it with music, of course. I think most of you will know what comes next now. It has been legendary here at one time or another. I have the feeling that you will crown it all here today. Let's sing The Bard's Song in the forest!
9:46 - Wacken, I barely dare to say it: You are even more awesome than usual! We had a great time up here, we always love coming to Wacken. But at some point it's time to move on, that time is now. See you somewhere, let's go crazy for a last time, let's knock at the gates of Valhalla
19:45 - Looks great, sounds great. I think Marcus (Siepen, rhythm guitar) has done enough work, we can now bring Frederik (drummer) into play, but for that you should sing *a little louder.*
    20:41 - give me everything!
    20:57 - the last three
21:12 - Blow us off the stage

Here you have the translations for the german parts:
    Before the song:
    Crowd: 'Guardian! Guardian! Guardian!...'
Hansi: We're always happy to soak up the Wacken experience. [Crowd: 'Guardian! Guardian!...] I would love to let you shout for longer, unfortunately we have little time left. Of course we want to spend that with music. I think, most of you will know what's next. [crowd cheers] Has been legendary here many times. I feel like you will top this today. [now english:] Let's sing the Bard's song (in the forest)
    Between the two songs:
Hansi: [english]: 'You're fucking crazy!!!' [switching to german:] 'Wacken, I hardly dare to say: You are even more awesome than usual! We had a great time up here, we always enjoyed coming to Wacken. At some point it's time to move on. This time is now. We'll see each other somewhere.' [switching to english:] 'Let's get crazy for one last time!'
After Valhalla, commenting on the crowd singing and clapping: 'Looks great, sounds great. I think Magnus [guitarist] has worked enough, we can now put Frederik [drummer] into play. Therefore, you should turn your volume up [lmeaning: sing louder]!' [Crowd keeps singing 'Valhalla' to the drums]
[Getting really hard to understand at this point] 'Keep going, yes [...] give me everything [...] mega [...] the last three [...] now, again [...] sing/knock us off the stage"

Blind Guardian is not only a wonderful band musically, but also value their fans highly! Just yesterday they played in a teeny-tiny tent with a diameter of only 27 meters, fitting maybe 200 people maximum. They gave it their all, and we returned their dedication by singing every song along :D
They are all very kind after the shows too. While they usually do not stop to give autographs or anything, they do stop to shake hands of the people in the front rows and encourage particularily passionate fans with smiles and gestures during songs. Frederik, on drums, was very kind to me yesterday and handed me a drumstick personally after a guitar pick aimed at me by his bandmate André missed :D
Hansi and André also took the time to shake my hand and I got a picture with Hansi!
I can not imagine that they made any money off that concert! It was the finale of a volunteer-run music event in Ulm, Germany. Just wonderful that they decided to make a stop from their touring and make us all very happy. There were also some voluteers who got free tickets, many of whom were grannies. It was very wholesome to see everyone have a great time together, even if they looked somewhat overwhelmed by the music in spots :D
ANother lovely moment was when André threw a guitar pick to the lady next to me, who was in a wheelchair. He didn't get down and hand it to her carefully, he jsut threw it with good aim like he did for everyone else so she got the same exprerience of reaching for it as everyone else. After he went down and shook her hand too! Just lovely people.
Fun Fact: The scientist Alexander Fedosov likes them so much that he named a seaslug he discovered after André Olbrich : Clavus andreolbrichi :D

They made a lot of fantasy themed songs. On the same album there is a song about The Hobbit and another about Michael Moorcock's fantasy series. One album I own is entirely covering Tolkien's Silmarillion.
    You get the idea.

your pronounciation of "wacken" was spot on 👍the translation is irrelevant, its like we are glad to be here, you are awesome, and at the end its sing louder to summerise it.

Hi Sage_Hinata and thanks for you video. Great. As being german, of course I do understand what he is telling in the video. As you requested, here is my translation. Sorry in advance, I learned English in school. "Of course, we always like to take Wacken with us. I would like to let you continue singing, but unfortunately we don't have much time left. We would like to fill them with music. Most of you will know what's next. One or the other time it was legendary here. here and now, I feel like it's going to top it all off. Listen to the bards song" . I hope this will help you
