After watching The Irishman, I really need to rewatch all of Joe's movies. I didn't realise how much I missed watching all of his amazing performances.
He was better in the old days. In The Irishman he just sort of said his lines with no energy and everyone praised him for just showing up.
@@steveconn yeah I could definitely see what you're saying there. I think the part was also quite a departure from his characters in Casino and Goodfellas.

Thats one of best interviews i think on you tube of Joe. We all tend to see him as the goodfellas/Casino lunatic that might be easy to play but you can sense here why they call acting a "craft" and maybe we forget that sometimes. Joe was amazing and gripping in Casino, Goodfellas and My Cousin Vinny.
Joe Pesci is such a great actor, and he made great movies, and he did only one album that has the song “Yo Cousin Vinny”.
He was on “Later” hosted by sportscaster, Bob Costas.

I never saw Costas show, he's refreshing and thorough and don't up the guests like some performers anxious habits.
