Just a few fun facts about Joe Pesci: He's partly responsible for the success of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons-Pesci actually introduced a few of the guys to singer and songwriter Bob Gaudio, who would go on to write many of the group's biggest hits. There's even a scene in the Jersey Boys musical about it. Throughout the '60s, Pesci made a name for himself in the Jersey music scene, playing guitar in groups like Joey Dee and the Starliters, an early rock and roll outfit that also hosted a young Jimi Hendrix as guitar player for a brief moment. Pesci put out his own solo album in 1968. This was before Raging Bull, before Goodfellas, before the actor was even on Robert De Niro and Martin Scorsese's radar. It's called "Little Joe Sure Can Sing". It's a collection of covers of pop songs from the era, like the Beatles' "Fool on the Hill," "Fixing a Hole," and the Bee Gees' song, "To Love Somebody."

Who can't love the first remark?
One of daves best shows with the great Joe pesci good stuff funny stuff !
I miss Letterman and Carson. They were entertaining enough but they also featured the heavy weights. Legends.
Joe Pesci has given the world some great entertainment 👌 👍 👏.
He has brought to life so many characters and has allowed for people to get lost in the stories, all while being held in the midst of his captivating acting.
What a great combo ! Chemistry is awesome, two legends giving the audience what they came to see
Pesci thought Dave was a chump and was just humoring him,
I've met Joe Pesci several times and he was really nice, was a long time ago on the set of the movie With Honors. Was very happy he won an Oscar for GoodFellas and that movie also deserved to win best picture over Dances With Wolves. 🍺😺
I'll take Dances With Wolves for the Oscar. Goodfellas was great though.
Even though he's a small guy - I do NOT wanna make this guy mad at me.
Wow this is 28 years ago...
I bet a lot of young people still get the reference to movie scenes. My 18 year old nephew loves those classic mob films. I'm going to show him this 😎 👍🏽
I was expecting Joe Pesci to say when he plays golf he usually shoots 82, and the best thing is, nobody rings the Police
He is casted at Good Fellas and Home Alone.
He can give fear and laughter. Amazing.
2:37....Dave should have said "...............now go get your shine box!"
These days are gone. Great interviewer and what can you say about Joe Pesci! I could watch that for hours.
Joe Pesci, Deniro, Michael and the legend Marlon Brando oh dear what a gathering that would have been. Thinking about it gives me goosebumps I don't know why.
Dave was sharp as nails in this interview. Peak form.
This was absolutely fabulous. Thank you, guys!
I never get tired of watching Joe Pesci!!….Great Actor!
Joe Pesci... one of the absolute greats, a treasure!!!
