Corey, please don’t worry about some or the mindless comments people have said. You guys at Artisan, Nick Bundy and Chris at CJR are a breath of fresh air - you will have helped numerous people in their electrical education. Its clear that you care about the finished product and anyone would feel comfortable with you working in their property. Sadly, the same can’t be said about a lot of people in the trade who are more interested in being jealous keyboard warriors.

I wouldn’t watch any other sparky channel and that’s massively down to your approach and entertainment value Cory. Keep a note offline somewhere of all of your favourite positive comments so you can revisit them for a reminder of all the great work you do.

I don’t get why you’re getting hate? I think it’s a credit to you that I watch these videos, primarily with the ones with you in because of your humour and how you are with Rueben and I don’t have a clue about your trade. If we liked you in Newcastle, you’re doing something right 👏🏼
People who are keyboard warriors and bullies are the people who are jealous of the way you are living, you are 23 Cory and a fully qualified electrician who I imagine is on a brilliant wage for a 23 year old lad and is only getting better and better by the day. Ignore the hate and keep on earning a living mate 👍.

As a maintenance manager on a private estate I had to deal with a lot of electrical contractors, long story short, I found a qualified German electrician,
He was the best. He has worked for me for 25+ years, until he was diagnosed with MND last December, so no longer works.
Give me a qualified trades person that will take his time to do his job right, and takes pride in his work.
This is why I watch this channel, because of the craftsmanship. Craftsmanship is not so often seen theses days.
So a big thank you guys.

AFCI's (AFDD's there) here in the states are required for just about every circuit in a residential setting. Many of our newer boards have plug in neutrals as well now, so that when using AFCI and/or GFCI's there are no pigtails off each breaker. I do like using our combo AFCI/GFCI breakers. There can be from time to time some nuisance tripping from AFCI's when turning on a computer for example and the inrush current is at the peak of the sine wave. However they are normally not an issue and many modern AFCI's have "fixed" this issue.
Interesting. They are available but still optional (I believe, I'm not a qualified electrician) here in the UK. Seems as if they offer a really good fire safety benefit.

Cory don't allow the negative comments to over shadow your outstanding work. Like you said "we are all human and forget things" but this does not make any of us out to be idiots. I follow a lot of people on you-tube and your NOT the first and certainly will not be last to receive abusive negative comments. Just do not bother giving these idiots any airtime. Like you said if its a constructive critic then we can all learn by it and move forward. For what my opinion is worth I think all of you at Artisan Electrics do a brilliant job and I would not hesitate calling you in if there was something I could not do myself.
The amount of crap work that kitchen fitters and that get away with with nothing done to stop them pisses me off. The NICEIC etc should be doing something to stop it. Court cases and fines
Im not a leccy but like to watch and learn. I would happily have any of you chaps in my home to do work. The work and quality ethic displayed by you is great and set by your boss from early days on you tube. As far as rudeness goes.. Billly Connolly summarised the modern world by saying " - Och! theres not enough smacks in the gob" . Keyboard warriors mate, not worth your trouble or time of day. PS, im 67 and used to have a 6 pack but now its very slim (wishes) no its a pod...

Fein is incredible I’ve had the corded one for 7 years never skipped a beat used at least 3 days a week. Sometimes all day. Not a bad little sander too for hard to reach places.
The negativity is the self hatred of people trying to stop you doing what they’re scared to try. Keep being you and maybe one day tell Reuben you actually like him.

Must admit that I am not a great fan of electric cars as living in Australia I don't think that apart from living in urban areas they are a viable option considering the distances out here. Having said that it is good to see that you have an apprentice😉

Nice clean work friend. I see you have the same problem of finding good help to show up everyday and bringing there “A” game. In the States, Connecticut specifically, it’s so difficult to find good mechanics and even harder to find quality apprentices. I’ve enjoyed your video and admire the professionalism.
Unless those little silica packs are in a fairly small SEALED bag/box they won't last more than about 15 minutes in terms of moisture absorption once they get saturated they need drying out in an oven. A VCI corrosion inhibitor would likely work better and for longer.

What is it with not checking the connections, I was taught to check the cable after tightening. Also I think this should be in the regs that the DB should not be in a cupboard like that.
Where i live, the multitool is actually commonly known as a Fein saw. A lot of carpenters i've worked with might not have a clue what you're on about if you say multitool.

Great channel. Very informative and entertaining. However, I am puzzled about something. Despite telling us that 90° bends are bad, the cable run around the building has several of them.

Those that spread hate on social media are just trying to drag you down to their low level. The best way to defeat them is just ignore them.
Seeing that consumer unit is just the tip of the iceberg. There are so many dodgy “electricians” out there and the fact anyone can walk into a wholesaler and buy a consumer unit. It almost needs to be that they regulate self install and it must be certified by an electrician who has a certain level of experience and the qualification.

At 15: I have good quality fixings also use washers have 10 plus pack boxes with my fixings wagos P clips all sorts I go mental at any one trying to rob any or move any about. Some of us to have good fixings for putting flour boards back. Am bit OCD even drill were I knock out an plug an nail capping on the edge.
