alkin risanti all I mainly do for my skin is the oil cleansing method using castor oil & avocado oil. Then I moisturize w/ this glow face oil that sunkissalba help make 😍 that oil is amazing. Definitely makes your skin hella glowy. When i remember to I like using alma powder + water masks 2x a week and the Shea moisture clarifying facial mask for blemish prone skin 1x a week. I'm experimenting w/ using African black soap 1x a week for like a face reset 😅 I'll see about that but omg now I wanna use the aloe vera plant in my regimen as well 😆 haha ima get my skin care regimen under wraps. I love using natural stuff on my face/body & hair

Can't _stress_ this enough: DO NOT GET ALOE INTO YOUR EYES!! Avoid it at _all_ costs. It burns, stings & so much pain. If you are a heavy night sweat person OR are concerned about hurting your bedding (by any oils you add). Maybe just try it once & use an older pillow case?? Ask me any questions. Y’all aloe is the real deal honest to God. I had a bad random breakout of small inflamed pus filled pimples all over my cheek one day and it stressed me out because I was going home after months to see my friends and wanted to look good. YALL. I popped all the pimples, washed them with a face wash and then rubbed aloe gel on them (let it dry and left on overnight without washing off) WHEN I TELL YOU THE NEXT MORNING YOU WOULD NEVER GUESS I EVER HAD A BREAKOUT. The pimples were gone... GONE. The bumps were gone the inflammation was gone. It was literally like magic and it freaked me out for a sec lol get you some aloe I’m telling you

Great video, sis! FYI, you can also preserve your aloe indefinitely by cutting up the chunks, placing them in a Ziploc and popping them in the freezer. When you're ready for a chunk or two simply set it out until it reaches room temp or is at least unthawed and have at it! Be well everyone, peace! 😊

I have now 8 straight days using it (without seeing this video before) . Every morning, clean your face, leave it for about 15-30mnts until is completely dried out and wash it out! Aloe vera gel really does fix everything. I struggled with acne for more than 7 years, and then i stopped putting anything on it and just used aloe vera gel. Literally i havent had a single pimple on my face since the very day i started using aloe vera gel, been one year now i have been acne free. I dont use make up on my face, just eye make up and lipstick etc, I use aloe vera gel to remove my make up, i use it as a deodrant for my armpits. I wash my face with soap once a week ONLY. ALOE VERA GEL FOR LIFE

Mexicans have been using aloe forever. We have like 20 savila plants in my back yard. I didnt even know that aloe was savila until a few years ago. We drink aloe, put it in our hair, face and body. It is good for sun burns, or any kind of burn/cut. We also like aloe because it looks pretty in our gardens.

Arlene Cloete my mom gets the inside of the aloe, blends it and puts it in our shampoo. She says it helps with hair growth. To drink it you do the same blend it and use a drainer to get the little chunks you don't want. For sunburns just cut a small part from the leaf, open it up and rub it where you got burnt and the dead skin will come off. Hope this helped :)

aloe vera is the ONLY 'product' that saved my skin. I have suffered for acne since the 8th grade and i'm now a senior in college and my mom made me try aloe vera and after one day I noticed my pores shrank, my face felt hydrated and smooth, and any prominent very red and irritated cystic acne spots I had shrank a bit and became less red. I have used it every day before I go to bed and my acne scars are fading, my pores packed their bags and left and have not come back since, I have not had any dry spots, and my skin tone is pretty even. It's a miracle plant and I get a huge leaf at my local farmer's market for less than a dollar. I recommend it to everyone, just do a patch test to make sure you aren' allergic!
Charms You can mix aloe Vera with suger and use as a facial scrub. Aloe with green tea as a toner.

Charms hey did you use a moisturizer? If so what kind and when did you apply it?
It works similarly enough. I use the fresh leaf when I'm home but the bottles gel when I'm at college since I can't really store the leaf efficiently in my mini fridge. The fresh aloe gel yields quicker results but the bottles gel is good enough. Make sure there are no dyes and it contains mostly aloe vera gel.
I don't use moisturizer paired with the aloe vera gel, it's hydrating enough but after I wash the gel off I will usually put on a cetaphil moisturizer

Starr K. Wright I use my regular cleanser, then the aloe mask. After it dries I rinse with warm water, tone with acv and then moisturize. I hope this helps you too! One thing that helped eliminate acne on my back was making sure whenever my hair was wet my back was covered so the product from my hair didn't clog my pores. Good luck Sis!

Guuurl me too, Aloe Vera always was a staple in the Arabic culture it's so nice to see it spread. If people ask me for a skincare product I always recommend Aloe Vera. Never had an issue with someone saying they had an allergic reaction, or they didn't get a result.

Picked up an aloe Vera leaf the other day ! I’m on a strict skin care regimen so my face looks bomb for the holiday when I go back home. I’ve been doing the mask for 3 days now. I noticed a difference with the first treatment. It’s working wonders for my hormonal acne due to just having a baby & im currently still breastfeeding.

I loved this video! For us ladies watching, pure aloe vera gel is also very good after shaving in the shower or after getting a Brazilian bikini wax too! AND OUR HAIR after coming out the shower to help seal the shaft of the cuticles! Not to mention edible if you buy the plant itself! Make some nice refreshing drinks...add watermelon and or papaya to help mix with some coconut milk! That natural cooling sensation is the truth! 💖❤💖

I have been using aloe vera gel (in the bottle) and vitamin e oil on my face for a couple months now and it was absolutely improved my skin but I think I will try and purchase some of the real plant...my skin marks sooo easily too...great video! LOVE from the UK x

Most info we have an aloe Vera for skin and cosmetic use is anecdotal; but most of my own research shows it has TONS of things good for skin. There are 75 active components in aloe including salicylic acid, vitamins A C E and tons of B vitamins, enzymes, proteins.... the list goes on.
“Glucomannan, a mannose-rich polysaccharide, and gibberellin, a growth hormone, interacts with growth factor receptors on the fibroblast, thereby stimulating its activity and proliferation, which in turn significantly increases collagen synthesis after topical and oral Aloe vera.9 Aloe gel not only increased collagen content of the wound but also changed collagen composition (more type III) and increased the degree of collagen cross linking. Due to this, it accelerated wound contraction and increased the breaking strength of resulting scar tissue.”
Yeah but aloe vera leaf consist of 98.5% water . So it might take some time for it to work but yeah totally worth the wait .

This is interesting as I have been doing a lot of reading regarding fibroblast, and too much collagen build up related to inflammation creating tangles, similar to my fibromyalgia. I saw there was a finding that interacted with these although it wasnt specifically stating aloe vera was a holistic remedy. I will definitely do more research on this, thx u for this

@t'keyah this video was very helpful. I'm currently doing the 5days to clear up some discoloration and blemishes. Did you leave it overnight, also did you use any other moisturizer after you washed it off?
I think she has beautiful skin before the regime. I also appreciate her diligence and consistency to follow through with making this video and the detailed feedback she provided about her results. Melanin in skin contributes to scaring so people of color have increased difficulty with scaring. Given the persistent nature of scaring, I would add that consistently using sun block will help with eliminating scars. Application of any non cosmetic grade products to the face carries an increased risk especially if you're skin has active breakouts (including scabs). Overall the video is well done.
Works amazing for burns too! My bf got a REALLY bad sunburn on vacation. I rubbed the fresh aloe over the affected area for two days and it vanished :) better than buying any drugstore product and it's all natural! 👏🏽

Am using a store product set, 3 days now that’s working. After the spots I may try this for the scars.
Thing is Discovering Natural here on YT warned that Aloe Vera is also a Humectant. Therefore it dries out the skin or hair in dry weather / atmosphere.. And I don’t know if applying oil alongside or after negates the humectant effect.
I also get hyper pigmentation easily. I can't wait to try this out. Thank you so much for sharing!
i used it a while back and it worked so well. I stopped and my skin is now breaking out (probs cause of eating too much greasy foods lately) so im using it at night and leaving it on overnight. Im on my fourth day and I could see such an improvement already

This is literally how I got rid of my acne in high school except I would wear it overnight! (Although it's great for your skin I wouldn't recommend wearing it overnight all the time I started to only wear it overnight once a week since I started to get small breakouts again). Natural remedies are soooo much for acne- at least with my experience. If you're having a hard time getting rid of a pesky breakout I definitely recommend seeing a dermatologist. I started using the natural remedies after my skin began to react well to the treatments since my skin was NOT cooperating for weeks! Thank you for sharing!

You made a wonderful video. I am starting to work with essential oils and used aloe as a base. I cut and blended the big aloe leaf and added a drop of really high quality peppermint oil. I keep it in the frig and each morning when I take a hot bath, /i wash my face, pat dry and apply the cold aloe. It is the most amazing experience!!
