Will there be a part 2 that shows how these changed over model years & what exists for convertibles? I’m surprised the alcantara is an upgrade, that stuff doesn’t age well, I don’t even like touching the steering wheels covered in this… not so sure I’d want to be sitting in it either…it’s ok in a non functional manner like dash cover or head liner. Kinda like carbon fiber, I’m not a fan of the look & paying a bit to put it on a heavy car didn’t make sense to me. I know many would give their left nut for both. Different strokes for different folks😀

Yeah there are certainly always two camps on the Alcantara and Carbon Fiber for the LC500. I always appreciate both teams thoughts b/c thats what makes a community strong. I’m looking at a 2018 and carmax says it has “convenience, sport, and touring package”. Any ideas what that could mean? Not sure if their info is correct or not
Yep sometimes they mention all the packages up to the one that it has. So a sports would have touring and sport. If it has 21’ wheels and Alcantara inserts in the seats, it’s more than likely a Sports package.
LC is the only Lexus with both rear steering and LSD it seems?
Best way to identify Performance Pack: active rear wing button near the shifter. The carbon fiber sill is not really in every car's pictures.
