lol I used to do this a lot but I never got a flat stomach. I never even changed weight. Idk if it’s normal to be the exact same weight for 5 years, but I was. And I even changed my diet so many times. It’s unfortunate

Tip: when exercising on a harder/painful exercise sing some song lyrics (out loud or in your head) you'll get distracted by focusing on the lyrics and it'll make the time go by faster and distract you from some of the pain lol

There are too many fancy workout youtubes these days, but this is still my favorite.
Coming back again after years. This helped me so much during high school. Lots of water and healthy eating (stopped eating a lot of junk food) and this video + dance workout videos. Definitely gave me the flat stomach I wanted. I went from 114 to 100 in a couple weeks. I am back 3 years later 💪 time to do it all over again!

I did this for almost 2 years. I have a flat stomach, some 4 pack ... my obliques are very visible.
YES : It's working !
NO : I didn't stopped, I was doing it each week. ( 3 times per week )
NO : Doesn't works if you eat bad.
NO : Doesn't works if you start and stop and start and stop.
NO : Doesn't works if you do ONLY that.
NO : Doesn't works if you lay in your bed and watch this.
NO : Doesn't works if you give up.
RESULTS : after some months, it depends of your body fat...(6 months for me, because I had a lot of belly fat, when I started, and I've lost almost 10 kg, I was watching lots of youtube workout videos, I was dancing alone in my room,I didn't payed a thing, no "special" diet, just eating healthy and having a positive mind).
MY ROUTINE :
- eating healthy (Stop the sugar ! Eat fruits instead, or honey)
- exercising 3 - 4 times per week (abs, butt, arms, yoga, etc) at least for one hour
- let my body rest bewteen each day workout
- some cardio from time to time (between 30 - 40 minutes per week)
- have a positive thinking and never giving up

What was ur diet and what did you drink
No, after 6 month you don't get "extremely" flat stomach (and this is quite bad for the health actually). It was flat, good loking, no fat around, my obliques were visible. After another 6 months I get the 4 pack. You should work out, that's all.

Hii, I am back here after 4 years and I wanna say a few words. I started doing this workout summer before the beginning of high school. I had no friends at that time and I was really insecure about my body. This and a few other workouts helped me lose a lot of weight and it was a first time I was actally commited to a workout routine. Now, 4 years later a lot has changed and I am here to get in shape before deserved holiday with friends because we all got in colleges we wanted. It's amazing how much our lives change and how a recongnisable voice can bring back memories. Lots of love ❤

Day1 i just did the work out two times right now and im not gonna lie-it was challenging and i was tired as heck-but that just proves it was working.It was honestly worth it.😥😅 but i stil gotta work on ONE of the exercizes cauze i felt it more in the legs than the stomach for that certain one.il post tomorrow as wel and for the next 2 weeks

13y? it might be bit young age for this kind of workout, your body is still growing up so dont focus too much on this sort of thing, or at the least talk about it with school doctor or someone professional

Ok ppl, this workout is MAGIC!!! I've been doing this for only about 2 weeks and I'm already getting amazing results!!! I've always been so self conscious about my body especially since a couple months ago when I went to a pool partly and this guy said I looked like a pregnant lady.... going to another pool party next week hope he comes so that I can just glare at him and be like "you were saying...?"

If you guys watched this and just saved it “for later” let me tell you, i was solely doing this working + basic cardio and random lifting at the gym, only took a little over a month to see drastic results with clean eating (abs come from the kitchen not the gym) , all it takes is consistency and you guys are SET for success and gains, 3 years later i still come back to this workout it really is amazing

GUYS THIS DEFINITELY WORKS!!! I have been doing this workout twice a day for about two weeks now and I'm seeing some great results! my stomach was pretty big when I started out and now it's getting flatter and flatter!! Doing a little bit of cardio helps it even more... I also try to drink 2L water everyday plus a cup of green tea after meals :) good luck to you all!

I am 167 pounds at age 14. I fail diets faster than I could even say their name. I am the fat friend in all of my social groups. I have no positive motivation. The only motivation I get is my own family shaming me left and right. But I'm planning on changing that. I am sick and tired of everyone's shit. I am sick and tired of all of the dissatisfied looks I get from my own mother. Hell I'm the fattest one in my family and I'm planning on changing that. Each like is a doing this twice a day. And each comment is one day being vegan. This will be the only source of positive motivation i have so thank you so much. Every little like you leave and every comment you give means something to me. It may not affect you personally but it effects me a LOT. I will keep you guys updated in two months on my weight loss and diet schedule (undetermined BC I have no idea on where I should start so tips would be welcomed!!). Thank you!!!!!!!!

So I used to be quite fat, at the age of around 10-11 and now I’m much happier with my body even though I don’t have a flat stomach . My journey was just to let go of sugary things like coke and sweets and chocolate . I never said I gave up fried food or fast food. I only gave up sugary only for about 3 months or so and there is already a big big difference I am starting to do stomach flattening exercises now so I’m going for that flat stomach🤞🏼 I’m 12 now and when I go to kfc or McDonald’s I order my usual , normally a burger and fries , but not with that soda . Leave the soda. Get water instead 😉This seriously helps and I encourage you to do this too !

Who is here in 2022??? I actually used these videos a decade ago and let me tell you they actually really do work overtime over the course of an entire year don’t expect results in like two weeks expect results in a year and then keep using these videos to show results in a year also and don’t necessarily do an illumination diet need a Tailor to your body and your body needs I have several health issues and these help.

Day 6: I did the workout all the way through with no breaks! My stomach also feels a lot tighter but there isn't any visual difference yet
Day 11: I've seen some noticable changes! I feel slimmer and I bought my first bikini today!!! I'm 16 and I'll finally wear a bikini :) this has helped so much with my self confidence.
Day 20: today's day 20, there's still a bit of lower tummy fat but it's not a lot. I didn't do great with eating healthy today so. This morning I weighed 133.5 so that's good

Hi guys! I've been doing this for about 3 weeks now (6 days a week) and I thought I'd share some updates with you. I've lost 7 cm around my waist (~2.75 inches) and I've gained 1 cm around my thighs ( ~0.40 inches). I don't have any abs (yet lol) but my stomach has definitely gotten flatter and more toned. My thighs also became more toned. The first week of this workout is pure hell, but from the second week it only gets better. I'd definitely recommend doing this workout. Good luck!

I've always struggled losing my belly, but this workout- woah! I started seeing results in one week and now addicted to it as the results keep getting better! Just remember, you won't see results straight away, but if you do this daily, they will happen!

I know this is from almost 4 years ago, but I want to say thank you . I've been on this channel for over a month now and lost at least 10 - 15 pounds doing these workouts. I'm only 11 years old and I was 170 pounds (I'm 5'3) and now I am around 153 pounds. In my class, we always do plank contests and push up contests and I would never do them because I was always ashamed that people would make fun of me because I can't do a plank correctly or I can't do a push up. But now I can do some push ups! And I can hold a plank for at least 1 minute. Now I fit in with my class! And it's all because I subscribed to your channel and started to do workouts every day. Thank you again for this!

im doing this for a month. I started september 1st and will end september 30. im doing this 2 times a day btw with no diet and drinking a lot of water ( like 2-6water bottles a day).
start: my waist size is 34 inches (ik right super big)

update: today is october 1, when i woke up i right away went to measure my stomach without eating or drinking anything and my waist is now 33 inches. In my opinion i honestly think it didn’t work for me personally, i didnt see a difference in my stomach from when i took a picture on september 1st, maybe because i ate horribly but i personally saw no difference. i dont think I will continue a workout but i will do a different workout today in another video for a month.
note: i actually didnt exercise for 4 days because of family issues so im sorry

I did this agessss back once and it worked for me and then i decided to stop.
I decided to do this exercise again last year and AGAIN it worked for me. Even though i eventually stopped i still have ab lines.
Now im starting again to get into shape and for some reason i always find myself coming back to this video because it LEGIT helps me in such a short amount of time 🥰🥰🥰

I’m gonna do this everyday and let y’all know how I do - Day 1- I felt great after Day 2- pretty sore but felt good to workout. Day 3- I can see some results already! day 4 - i forgot to record some days but i’ve been doing them for a week and my stomach is very flat compared to day 1! some tips-take some walks and eat healthy and make sure not to drink carbonated drinks!! love you guys good luck 😚🤍

I just wanted to point at something really important that people may not realise when it comes to having a flat stomach.
I was doing this exercise (I was skinny everywhere EXCEPT my stomach and had no clue why-.-) and I was noticing a small change, but not much. But then after looking in the mirror for a while I realised that it was my POSTURE that was making me still look a bit fat on my tummy. If you slouch without realising, or have head forward and chest back, your tummy will stick out a little bit.
So I started practicing better posture by spending about a minute a day stood with my feet, back and head against a wall. While you're not supposed to walk like a stick all day, it really helps get your body used to standing up properly and makes it look more natural. After this I was really noticing the effects from this video and my stomach was getting flatter and more toned. I know it's probably not gonna apply to everyone, but just an idea for some :)

Trang Bùi Quỳnh I do this video and another one for legs and butt, once every other day. I think if you do it everday the effect is better, but over time these workouts have worked so well for me. They get less intensive over time though, so I added some other ab workouts to it in my routine. But as a whole their channel is great :D

I MET MY GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!😃😃😃 It took me 2 months to lose 8 lbs but I did it!!! I have lost 12 pounds over a few months and I feel AMAZING!!! Guys you can do this. I know it feels impossible but the results are SO worth it!!! All I did was do a bunch of different xhit workouts and run a few miles a day and I did it!! You can do it! Never give up!

A year ago from now I started working out my abs with this video and I was very very consistent with it I would do it 2 times a day 7 days a week and I would eat very very healthy I started to see an amazing difference I went from a m to a small but I stopped doing it after 2 months and now I'm back to where I was in the first place this workout DOES WORK!! It works wonders so if you're trying to get a flatter stomach this does work make sure you're consistent with it and even when you reach your goal continue to do these! I'm starting these again & so should all of you watching this good luck guys!!

For anyone struggling with their weight/abdominal fat just like I was, this workout really and truly does work. I started doing it pretty much every day (sometimes twice a day) a few months ago and am still doing the same to this day (although I sometimes have days off); and after about 3 weeks I noticed a lot of difference. My stomach reaallyy was starting to shrink, and I had only made a few minor changes in my diet (however I have cut out all drinks besides water). I went from being 9 stone/126 pounds (which by the way is perfectly normal for a teenage girl like me) to nearly 7 and a half stone/110 pounds. *And I did not starve myself at all!* I understand that 7 and a half stone is almost underweight for a young teenager and I am trying to gain weight now which sounds pretty funny but I lost more than I anticipated. Of course results will vary with different bodies but I just wanted to let you all know that this workout has made a massive difference to me! :) *Also please do not diet, starve yourself, under eat or over excerise, you have to get the right balance! I am in no way encouraging extreme weight loss.*

I'm not really that sure, I think I only lost weight because I ate a bit healthier too. Try it for a month or so and see where it gets you :)

I've been doing this for 3 weeks everyday and I lost 2kg while being mindful of what I eat, mainly cutting out bad sugar. I was 79.5kg and now I'm 77.4kg. I'm going to continue this everyday and add more workouts gradually. For lazy days, just this workout is perfect. It's quick and effective

I've been doing the Russian twists everyday for like 1 1/3 years and I keep losing weight!!:) the pounds have been shedding off, but it takes time. Thanks so so much for introducing me to this!
P.S. If you also want to lose weight do the Russian twists until your tummy is on fire EVERY night and cut out sodas, then gradually cut out other unhealthy things. It works so well! Good luck to whoever reads this!:)
Also wanted to add that I started at 135 and I'm currently 115, and that's b/c at the beginning I kept eating unhealthy so I didn't lose until month 3.
