I see that you're in Adelaide, South Australia, can you explain why features like finding friends or other Waze users does not work. Like at the start of this video you showed another Waze user but that user isn't a live feed and the option to message or beep isn't available. I recently tried to share my ETA with a friend who uses Waze to follow my trip, he said the map was freezing and would only refresh every 30 secs to 1 minute. I just personally find that some features Waze claims you can do is false. Who or How can we in Australia keep Waze features updated if the app itself is the latest update installed app.
Hmmm, that's actually interesting. Most of my friends don't use Waze, so it's hard to even test that out. Waze is honestly a navigation app. For other things like sharing ETA, location etc., I prefer Google Maps.
How do you reverse the direction to get back to the starting point for an Android
Just cancel this ride and start over? The address will be saved in your recent trips.
Is Waze supposed to work wirelessly if you have CarPlay?
Any way to speed up the start process? I plug in the address, click ok then have to click 3 times to start.
It depends on your device and the internet. Also, clearing the cache may help speed it up.

It's better than Apple Maps, and better than Google Maps in some features and in some locations.
why waze takes me from streets always?it takes me into streets and turn and turn again. i want it to route me like google maps
It's in its nature. It used to do that more in the past. Try changing the vehicle type to taxi.
Love waze but for some reason is not letting me to report, tell i am in invisible mode how to Switch off this can’t find any help

If I receive or make a phone call WAZE dials out every time it announces a turn. The Bluetooth on the car’s speakers cuts off the turn info. Does anyone have a solution.
There should be a feature in settings that fixes the problem
There is the “orange button “and there is the “send button“….
….. try to understand what I’m getting at here. When a car for example is on the shoulder and I want to put out an alert, which of the two buttons marks the exact spot of that car ?? is it the orange button or is it the send button that marks the exact spot ?
( note: I’m driving 70 mph btw )
Can you please clarify what sort of alert you want to put out? The orange button will open up all the alerts. All you have to do is tap on one. Waze will automatically detect your location and assume the alert is where the alert icon was touched.

If you read the question again you will see that I was talking about a “car on the shoulder” which could only mean one type of alert, HAZARD ..
I thought you had knowledge of this app …????
I guess I have to really really explain this further more ….
If I’m traveling 100 mph and I see a “CAR ON THE SHOULDER” , does the app mark the spot of location right where I touch the “orange button”……OR……. Will it mark the spot of the location a half a mile down the road when I tap on the SEND button …????
Not everybody can tap on 4 buttons quickly while they’re driving on a highway or interstate……
That distance of 1/2 mile going very fast makes a big difference don’t you think…?????
When cars are in a long outside curve or an inside curve, if a person wants to send out an alert, they could travel quite a distance watching all the other traffic so when they take their eyes off the road they have traveled pretty far.
This is the reason that prompts my question …..
I Have some issue with Waze When i Stop Car at Red Single he Show me 10 Sec other routes why how to Stop automatic Route?
It assumes you might going in wrong route and recalculate the route, just ignore it and continue it will back to as it was
Your GPS must be playing up. Just keep driving, and it will be fixed automatically.
Tell me why waze disables my spotify account and then I have to reinstall it and it happens again and again. 4 times today.
Waze should not disable your Spotify account. Try playing Spotify separately and see if that works.
Does it make sound for speed cameras??
Yes, it does. It beeps and says that a speed camera is ahead.

You can't change font sizes, or make any real customization to this app. It could've been such a better app at this point tbh.
I discovered that you can add only one stop by clicking on the search button (magnifying glass) and add it to your route. I don't know why we cannot add more stops (or waypoints) in the app or click on the map for more stops.
What's the name of the Phone pls?
It has no audio alerts whoch sux
Too much going on for simple directions to a location. The worst yhing is that you can only use Current Location and your destination.
Downside is if Im in VA currently and plan on driving from NC to OH in the future, you cannot enter a starting point of NC. It only allows your current location.

Waze has more options than other map apps. Google Maps is another challenging app. I hope you learn to use it quicker.
