I just did the handstand for 15 seconds for the first time after implementing the rib cage tip mentioned in this video. Massive difference!! Thanks man.
Main tip is focus on activate ur shoulder at maximum level and focus on ribs U all have the strength but we just want balance and this guy helped us thank u Man
one of the tips for handstand is that don't think you're going to fall while practicing it. handstand requires confidence and controlled movement feel it. feel every muscle involve in doing the handstand don't overthink just feel. handstand needs a lot of confidence. practice it everyday. last technique is your hands because it is the foundation of our handstand feel the weight on your knuckles and not to you finger tips this is the sweetest spot in handstand that if you enter this it feels like heaven. just practice and practice don't get frustated enjoy everything and improve 1% everyday you will get there I swear❤
At 4:16 you say "without ... lifting the shoulders up to an overhead position". Would you elaborate on that a bit, please, given the actual lifting of shoulders in the exercise.
@@shabirvalli8604 it around 2-3second but i can feel the spot, one of the best feeling,if u are struggling just keep training, i hope you achieve your handstand too😉
How to hold it longer. I already saw the video before with aligement and hand placement But every one keep repeating that. But i still dont get it more than 15 seconds....
Like I mentioned in the video, it depends. People have different preferences. In general you have more control with the fingers straight forward and the fingers bent.
What do you think might help me with wrist mobility? I know the exercise, but even tho I train it, its not much better, because I work on PC a lot, with mouse and other stuff, where do mobility comes back fast. Thank you for answer
I've tried to pry my feet off the wall, but I don't understand how to use finger press, I've pressed it while I'm doing the handstand against the wall but my feet didn't pry off, can you please give me any tips to solve this problem?

I can’t remember, but fairly sure that’s a mistake on my end. So you can disregard that and lift the shoulders up as you should🙌
Great job as always Sid
Thank you!🙏
It is a great video!! Thanks a lot and all the best for 2020!!🥳

You need to practice... There are no magical pills to learn the balance!
@@sidpaulson1 haha ok. I practise a lot! Does it matter if i change hand placement?
Like I mentioned in the video, it depends. People have different preferences. In general you have more control with the fingers straight forward and the fingers bent.
@@sidpaulson1 ok thanks. Then i just gotta practise and practise more!

The more you work, the more you need to stretch. But don't forget to strengthen as well for long lasting change.
I can hold the handstand quite alright, but when I am under balancing I can do nothing about it. Do you have tips on under balance?
There are three ways of saving underbalance:
1. Shoulders forward.
2. Bend your elbows.
3. Pike at the hips.
I'll try and make a video on that soon!:)
great tips, thanks!

Thank you for the tips! I have been attempting handstand for 6 months and am not there yet.. Maybe i'm too old, or maybe one day it will happen :)
My oldest clients was 70 y/o. So I doubt that you are too old. Let me know if you need any more help though.
when standing at the wall, shouldnt your back of your feet touch the wall too?
It's my personal preference, but it depends on the variation.
Thank you
Thank YOU for watching! 🙏

That's true 😅
I’m scared if I fall on the ground I do a handstand on a bed…
The first step for all my students is to learn how to fall safely.
Palm has no power to bring the leg back. Fingers fine. 😔😔
That’s the lesson. Use the fingers, not the palms!
@@sidpaulson1 your handstand is super
Hello Brother😁
Heey bro!😎
i have an anxiety When i tried to do a handstand
That's normal. But there are ways to make it easier!
@@sidpaulson1 thank you so much!
Potential new years resolution...
Yes for sure... 😉
you don't need to instantly get a straight line, first handstand should have a banana line because it is easier and natural
Absolutely.
