Thank you Mary, we love it too! The violin itself is handmade in China with the bridge coming from Aubert Lutherie in France and the strings are Infeld Blue from Austria. The bow is a carbon fibre bow with horse hair which we've imported.
@@mcneelamusic Thank you so much for the information! I ended up buying a violin locally, from a luthier here in Connecticut U.S.A. But I was curious as I am very impressed by all your correspondence and sharing of links. I bought one of your bodhrans in November - - an inexpensive one to learn on but I was very happy with the way the order was handled and the quality of the bodhran, even at such a reasonable price. So, thanks for that, too! You have a fan here in Glastonbury, Connecticut.
Looks and sounds beautiful! Could we get a comparison between maestro and virtuoso?
Hi Scott, we are working on our Maestro review a the moment. Keep an eye on this channel, we hope to have to up next week.
Scott, our Maestro Violin video with Aoife Ní Bhriain is now live. Take a look: ruclips.net/video/sMzTp3eNJSc/видео.html
