I used to do this with my dance team once a week before practice. I absolutely loved it, every one else did not. I’m still doing it 9 years later.
I seriously can't believe how negative some people are being about this! It's a fun workout, I did it twice in a row! If you don't like it, then watch a different video and stop criticizing her based on your own negative opinions!

You guys got me to do a three minute and forty-two second workout. I thought it was gonna be fun, but not do much. It was fun (I felt a little ridiculous), but my legs are on fire and my chest is burning. Thanks for sharing!

I've been coming back to this video everyday for 2 weeks now. Showing some improvement in my butt and thighs. I now hold 3lb weights to max out the workout. The first few days were hell, but now its not too bad. Worth ALL the burn. Thanks for the fitspiration!

Started Zumba classes in college and this quickly became one of my favorites. Like everyone’s saying, it’s hard and you feel the burn everywhere but in the best way possible.

Love this. putting all your workouts in play list to do on a night after work. Can you make some more please please please please!!! Proper struggling with weight and doing this on a night at home has been great keep putting them on repeat and doing them over and over for about an hour :-) xx
i like this one because it doesn't take too much coordination but is still a great workout, any similar videos that don't require a bunch of steps?

This is the best routine I’ve EVER copied!! In fact, it’s the ONLY routine that I’ve done verbatim besides Les Mills BodyPump which is pre choreographed. Y’all are both precious. Lovely personalities, well fit level and adorable 😇 I’ve been a group fitness instructor since prolly before y’all were born, but I have a 20 yr old son and also taught college for 17 years ..so I am 20 years young at heart 😝 anyway my point being...🏆 I KNOW TALENTED considering my veteran stats ...10000’s of classes .... evaluating loads of instructors. Y’all are the bomb diggity ✌🏾NEVER FORGET U LOVE DANCING!! 💃🏻

I love this workout. I do it every morning to the best of my ability. I've been having hip (November 2014) and neck/shoulder pain (this July). My doctor put me on medications and it didn't help the pain at all. Mid August he just told me to lose 20% of my weight and then we will see if they pain is still there. I am 20 lbs down from my heaviest and 4 lbs down since I saw him in August. I workout through the pain, which has gotten worse since I started working out.
