This video just came out on Kpop group ENHYPEN's reality show En-o'clock episode 45 and wow it synced so well with their song "Upper side dreamin". This workout looks really fun. I am gonna try this!

I like this video, it's not to hard, I think it's easier for those who cannot workout fast.. gives you a lot of breaks to breath. Plus one to drink water.. I got a great workout!! For beginners I recommend this one!!

That lead dancer is so extremely talented. Every part of her body is just so coordinated. Even her facial expressions go with the dance! And she's awesomely beautiful.

I've never done Zumba before! this was so much fun. all I do is run on a treadmill, boring...going to incorporate this into my workout!
I used to follow this step in elementary school in 2013, then seeing enhypen also follow this zumba on the en o clock made me soooo happy 😆

Fun fun fun did it all the way through. Nevermind that you don't get step by step instructions. You're just jumping in here so you get to feel silly trying to learn something they look awesome doing. I'm GONNA get it. So much fun! Always a bit worried about my form when there's no step by step.
