@@HealthCoachKait I'm a seafood lover Kait, so I like scallops, or scallops wrapped in bacon with maybe a little garlic butter sauce, jeepers, sure hoping that is keto 😄! Just bought some bone broth to try, seems like that could help keep you filled up & not so hungry. Plus, I like broth. Have yet to try making my own, maybe one day. Do the bones have to be from grass fed animals?
Which brand did you buy for the broth? Grass-fed is ideal, but it's not the end of the world if it's not. If you're making chicken bone broth I would say pasture raised is more important.
I've been on the Keto diet since mid Sept. I've lost just over 15lbs and my waist has shrunk 3 inches and feel so much better. However, seem to really never feel full and at the same time, not really that hungry. Today for breakfast keto coffee (2 tbs MCT oil, 1tbs butter, 1 tbs half & half) and lunch was 4 pasture raised eggs and 1/2 an avocado. Still feel like I want to eat more but then I don't really crave to eat more. Kind of hard to explain?
Look in the vitamin section at grocery store. I got one that was a cranberry gummy and not too chewy. It was both prebiotic and probiotic. There's Align brand and olly something like that. I live in Michigan, USA.

Hi Kait, I've noticed you are in Australia too. I'm trying carnivore and interested what affordable cheeses are suitable. Are the standard 1kg blocks of popular brand cheeses okay or do I need to find more clean cheeses? Most of our cheese now has non-animal rennnet but I'm assuming it is a minimal amount and has no negative effects.

Sometimes I make panna cotta with 1/2 and 1/2 and gelatin. It’s creamy and very special. A real treat with protein and collagen.

If my ideal weight is 140 because I’m 5’9 tall. Does that mean I have to eat about 46 grams of protein per meal ( 3 meals and no snack ) ?

I am carnivore for 2 years.
Brie, Camembert and hard authentic cheeses.
Avoid plant rennet.
