I share my personal story of childhood mental illness, experiences in psychiatric hospitals and homeless shelters, receiving a diagnosis at age 35, becoming a certified peer specialist, and my aspirations for the future. I close with a special performance of "Inspired," a tribute to my beloved dog Okami, who passed away six months ago. This video is dedicated to everyone facing mental health challenges and seeking hope.
