simple question: 2013 the Kenyan Army stopped and killed four (4!) terrorists in the Westgate mall in Nairobi on the first day of attack ( and they shot dead the chief police officer of the first responder team). They stayed in the building 3 more days and looted all electronics, jewelry and other precious good. After that they launched 2 rocket grenades which made a part of the building collapse and sorted "mission accomplished!" This happened in one of the best developed states of Africa. How will you progress in such a society?
