Does anybody know why some car's headlights have tape crosses on them? Of course it looks cool, but apart from that, might it help keep the glass from shattering in case of a bump? Just curious, thanks.

I have rarely ever heard him talk up his skills as a driver and considering the front runners in this field are VERY accomplished and in more powerful cars around 200hp compared to his car which had around 175hp I think he did quite well indeed coming 5th out of 22 cars... KiwiXT rarely! Well, if he isn't that much of a driver he shouldn't unfairly judge and criticize some of the fastest cars on the track just because he doesn't FEEL it or it's just not FUN for him. As for the race, let's get over the excuses, he started 9th stayed there for a long while then gained a position to 8th then back to 9th and then and incident happened and someone span his car so Harris luckily got to 5th and he stayed there till the end of the race, he didn't look happy at the end though, looks like FUN doesn't get him to win on the track, Does it? No it does NOT. I am really sorry if I bothered you in any way, but I have been threw this discussion or argument if you want to call it, there are several videos where he even gives false data about cars just because they are from a certain brand. The bottom line, and what I want to make clear is that a car show or review should about the car itself, performance, facts and numbers, it shouldn't be about the presenter, his personal taste or even his wishes sometimes. I quit watching Harris since about a year ago, and I don't really care about him, it just happened that he has proven himself a no big deal in this race also, if you are annoyed by my post, I would gladly delete it. Keeps the glass from scattering as much if they crack, I think. Not sure why some cars don't have it; plastic lenses, perhaps?
