When they get run out of Alabama. When Hammond goes near vertical being winched up a dam. When they flipped the Toyboata. And of course Richard's crashes in the dragster and Rimac.
Their trip to Chernobyl, the drive through Alabama with the slogans and the whole ending of the Patagonia special, they're the main ones that come to mind
Haha seriously, the south is just an alien planet of crazy religious people from the 1800s trying to drag everyone down with them. Although Patagonia was the rare time it WASNT Clarkson's fault, just crazy Falkland pricks. 99% of the time theyd have a point about English colonial BS but it's the rare case where they're in the wrong, Falklands was just a dictator trying to get good PR by taking back an island the Brits had owned for centuries
They could’ve also included the clip where James and Jeremy drove into Pripyat; a town in USSR where there was a nuclear plant which blew up and a radioactive atmosphere covered the entire town making it lethal for people to live into. The goal was to run out of fuel before reaching that location. Richard was lucky that he ran out of gas before getting there, James made it out, while Jeremy was stranded after his car broke down in there.
There is absolutely no way that would be allowed to happen at any point. This is filmed amateur like and that's the beauty of Top Gear. But it's all scripted and staged, with a good portion sometimes being improvised.
@@DigitalDNA there is no way, they staged that. Jeremy would have died if they messed that up. Jeremy is good driver so I see no way why they'd also spend the "money" for another driver. Never grew up watching Top Gear because we never got it on our Dish package, but have seen clips of the show for years, and just recently watched the One for the Road special. What a hilarious group of guys that bring tons of energy and comedy to the set while still keeping the show juuuuuust enough about the cars themselves without making their personalities the entirety of the show, but still injecting the show with the lifeblood that is the comradery between these 3. I've seen some clips of the new Top Gear, and not to dogpile on the new crew, but I just know they won't bring to the show what these guys did. Bravo Hammond, Clarkson, and May.
The BBC America episodes were neutered all to hell and with ads for American TV. You didn't miss much. If you didn't know how to pirate back then then I truly feel sorry for you. Top Gear is probably THE most pirated TV show ever.
for years i wondered why older people would listen to old music, watch old tv series. now it makes sense, to go back to being a kid sitting infront of the tv watching this would honestly be bliss.

Hammond on the biplane is hilarious! I never realized you can hear the wailing in the wider shots. The only way it could be worse for him is if he had to eat a few raw oysters. 😂
Except they've changed most of the background music on almost all of their videos. Completely changes the feel of the original video. The P45 original video, has "David Holmes - I Heard Wonders" playing in the background. Brilliantly scored and totally suited the scene. Now all we have is some generic trash. The video of homemade police cars cut out the silly jingle from James' car. That's what made it funny! Stop messing with the sound! If you cant afford the licence to play said music, then find something else to do.
I'm going to miss those 3 knuckleheads lol but at least we have heaps of material to watch back. Bolivia Special is probably my fav special of them all
