Just watched the salt video, that 26:26 potential.... man it seems like you didn't fully celebrate this record with that run still on your mind but I'm sure you will get it, it's still in you it just needs waking up. You give me inspiration to chase my own goals with running the 5K, I'm yet to run as fast as I was in shape a couple years ago but your grind motivates me to keep trying. Acheiving a goal there is no other feeling, a new PB lasts for weeks I could only try to imagine how it must feel holding a WR in something like this.
In regards to the talk of "where did Wily get all his money to fund everything", the theorized part is that for the first couple games he had funding from his research as well as selling scrapped parts. However it was confirmed that when he made Crystal Man in MegaMan 5 he would sell the crystals for a profit which would fund much more of his creations.
So, Dr. Wily did not create the original six. At least not on his own, he and Light created them together and then Wily stole them. MM2 were Wily's first original eight creations. And he has a doctrine in evil, tons of money in the evil market.
Excellent run. That was the best Wily 4 I’ve ever seen. Fantastic zips and damage boosts. Only thing I can see you lost time on was one single jump on the ladder placing an item 3. That’s IT. That’s the hardest stage in the game after Clashman in my opinion. Next run is a 26:2X I know it! Can’t wait to see it you earned a sub from me.

I will always remember something you said one time in regards to trying to beat records or achieve greatness and it was “not to rush it” excellent advice man, I guess I just wanted to say thx and wish you would stream again

The 23 something speedrun is a TAS, short for tool assisted speedrun. In other words, it's not a human playing in real time. TAS authors create these using softwares to slow down time or look at the game memory for example. This is to develop knowledge on the game and achieve the theoretical best possible time.

Wrong game, MM II is the Gameboy version as MM2 is the NES version, both are kinda different. I still get what you mean though.
