I think PL should behave like what you expected from Patch note text. I hope they fix it to work with Vlads, it could be a cool item build to play around. I have always thought Vlads is underrated.

I'm pretty sure juggs ult specifies that it always applies the duelist buff, not just every 2nd hit.

My favorite build I used to do back in the day was on Centaur, I'd get treads into 5 bracers then upgrade the bracers into ultimate orbs and it was somehow so good. When the bracers got the buff to double stats after 25 minutes it was even better lol but I didn't even think about it on techies with the facet.
