In terms of diet/supplements vitamin D, calcium, vitamin k2, vitamin c, collagen, get enough protein. In terms of exercise weight training helps preserve bone density besides muscle mass. There are studies that weight lifters have more bone density than nonlifters. Also astronauts lose bone density in space when theres no gravity. You dont need to be super strong or lift super heavy but weight training indeed helps maintain bone density.
YouDontHaveToKnowWholam - Vitamin K2 MK7 you never take it vitamin D or calcium without vitamin K2 plus magnesium that’s why we lose it calcium when we age vitamin K2 is the GPS for the calcium to stays in the right places!

Dr. Dray, it is so true what you stated about chronological age & biological age potentially differing. I have a lot of chronic health issues, yet I’ve been blessed with good specialists to help me manage my conditions as best as possible. I also do what I can to practice good lifestyle habits (never smoked, no alcohol, limited caffeine, daily movement/exercise) despite physical limitations, two sleep disorders that cause lack of restorative sleep, & kinda’ feeling at war with my body on a daily basis. My pain specialist recently commented that despite my being age 52 chronologically, I biologically have the skin of someone in my early 40’s, & I told him that I’m convinced daily sunscreen use of 50+SPF & staying out of the sun most of my life played a huge role in that outcome. (I admittedly did get some decent genetics on my mom’s side too.) I’m one that cannot tan (I’m extremely fair & always burn with sun exposure), & I recognized at an early age that the sun was not my friend. I take 2,000 IU of vitamin D3 daily upon my doctor’s recommendation since I can’t be in the sun. I truly think mindset plays a major role in how we physically age as well. My goal is to always stay mentally stimulated, remain unafraid to learn new things/try new hobbies, to stay engaged with other people, & ultimately not allowing physical appearance to dictate my self-worth. Happy Friday! 😊☁️☀️🌈☁️🌸🌼🌺🌸🌼🌺🌸

So what can we do to avoid the bone loss? Tear through filler is risky from what I'm seeing on the internet (so radiofrequency microneedling to thicken the skin? or infraorbital-malar implants) + D3 and calcium supplementation, and jaw+chin implant in the future + face lift with fat grafting. Also, teeth. I grind my teeth when I sleep and I lost a couple of milimetres of tooth, I hope larger veneers or crowns would make the face a bit longer because of the size difference obviously. So much money
If I sleep on the Sleep and Glow pillow for about a week, my face drastically changes it's shape. It looks more square. Yes, it's true I get better neck support but my jaw seems wider. That's why I don't use the pillow anymore. I actually bought it cause of Dr Dray's recommendation.

I know this is out of left field, but I was curious if you had watched the HBO docuseries Not So Pretty. It brings up certain chemicals that you’ve mentioned time and time again like buying fragrance free. I know the brand "Honest" does cover some beauty products, I recomend checking them out!
