How to make a child eat veggies | Healthy ice cream recipe

  • Like many kids, my daughter Alisa did not like eating vegetables.
    What she did like, was ice cream.
    So I decided to turn fruits and vegetables into ice cream.
    Let me show you how we make healthy ice cream.
    First, Alisa peels a banana and cuts it into pieces. Cooking ice cream with children is great because in the process they tend to taste ingredients and develop their motor skills.
    Then we add blueberries and strawberries, a lot of spinach and parsley.
    I also add pine nuts. They are rich in various vitamins and iron. If your child does not eat nuts, you can add them to ice cream. The main thing is to check in advance whether the child has an allergy.
    The last ingredient is coconut milk. good coconut milk should consist of 2 ingredients: coconut pulp and water. The higher the percentage of coconut pulp, the better.
    You can pour the remains of coconut milk into a glass bottle, so it will last longer. I usually add it to porridge for Alisa.
    It is a very exciting activity. Alisa loves it very much.
