- Today is another big one! I got up nice and early to film this video - it was totally worth it! Had some finds that I didn't even know were possible in this area of the Atlantic, and one peculiar little white shell was more abundant than ever before!
I love your channel the best because you don’t talk the entire time you’re shelling. Just the ocean and the shell sounds ❤
Thank you so much! :)
Love watching your videos up the east coast. I'm in SC so that shelling is very familiar to me. All the babies ears are precious. I always find them in multiple colors at Edisto Beach. I also love the bittersweet. I didn't know they even had color until I went to Sanibel, lol. Going to Marco next month. Can't wait to find all the colorful shells for a change. Have a great week!
I usually go to Sanibel but ever since it got super expensive, and then the hurricane destroying the entire area I've done most of my shelling on the east coast. So fun to see the difference in shell variety. Happy shelling in Marco!
Hi! We go to Emerald Isle every year we can. Just love it there! Last year we went to the beach by Fort Macon. Awesome shells and LOTS of baby's ears. Also if you want large welks, take the Ferry ride to Cape Lookout, then the jeep ride to the point at the lighthouse. Wonderful shells there. Emerald Isle will always be our favorite beach!
My next shelling video will be from Ft. Macon, and the shelling was amazing! I unfortunately couldn't make it to the Cape during my time there (I was burned out from getting up at 4AM every day) but had my fill of the big ones on another nearby island. Glad to hear you've had such great luck in that area as well! Thanks for stopping by :)
If you are able to go again, visit the lighthouse and Shackleford Island too. So awesome to see the horses. God Bless. Looking forward to your next video!

Hi There! soooo cool so many baby's ear. they are my favorite and I have only found one!!!
They seem extremely localized. Some areas you can't take a step without tripping over them and some they're really hard to find. Thanks so much for watching :)
A new area for me to explore someday. I love baby ears! Does this beach have a specific name?
It's the stretch of beach from around the Emerald Isle pier to the west end of the island. It was very fruitful for small shells!
