Thank you so much! It really was a productive trip. The top snail and brown-banded wentletrap were two shells I was dying to find while I was there and I'm so glad I got lucky with them.
Thank you! This was definitely my best day ever for those. I get impatient so I end up moving from shell to shell way faster than normal people would... 😂🤣
Love all those baby ears and wentletraps especially the brown banded wentletrap. So cool! That beach is awesome. I love limpets too. They are so hard to find. Thanks for this whole shelling trip!! So fun!
The brown-banded wentletrap are such a rare find for me. Its crazy how good that area is for the minis. Agreed that the limpets can be tough to come by, it's probably due to habitat preference, since they prefer to attach to a hard surface as oppose to traversing the ocean floor like many other species of mollusks. Thanks you so much for watching the whole mini series! :)
I promise that an updated shell collection video is coming within a month or two! I can't do it right now because my shell shelves are under renovation. Thanks for watching :)
Oh my goodness…I am very curious to know the name of the beach that you’ve found these gorgeous seashells because I find it to be the mecca for Wentletraps and Baby Ears! Were these seashells from Holden Beach? If so, then it is definitely on my bucket list to visit. I’m from TN and I have seen your video showing so many sea biscuits. Frankly, I am willing to sacrifice biscuits for breakfast to go out to find sea biscuits which I don’t have in my collection…yet. Thank you for sharing with all the viewers your wonderful findings.
Thank you! This was actually Ft Macon state park in Atlantic beach. Definitely a lot of those minis out there! I have had great luck at Holden beach too though.
Wentletrap city! Wow. Was this during a really low tide or is it just a super wide beach. I’ve only ever found one broken wentletrap…it’s eluded me for years!
Thank you! This was low tide, but just around a 0.3 low according to the tide charts from that day. Wentletraps eluded me a lot before I found my first one. It's usually a matter of being at the right beach at a good time. Keep searching! If you persist you'll get 'em!
This is the beach that keeps on giving!!! Amazing finds!! Those top snails and that brown wentletrap are fantastic. 🤗 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚

They were everywhere! I can only imagine what it could be like after a good winter storm. Thank you for commenting :)
WOW, incredible finds. I love how you show shells so fast!! BABY EARS and WENTLETRAPS!!

Would love to see your collection. Would love to find the babies ear in the volume you did in this video.

Two of my favorite shells- baby’s ears and wentletraps. Great day for you! Congrats!
They're so neat aren't they? Thanks so much for watching and commenting!
I LOVE Wentletraps! Nice find 😍
Thank you. They're so fun aren't they?
Beautiful shells 🐚 😍.
Couldn't agree more!
Awesome finding so many wentletraps and baby’s ears. 🎉❤
I'm not used to seeing so many of them so it was very cool to see!
All those baby ears and wentletraps... I need to visit this beach. And I would have picked up every single baby ear I found! Wentletraps too!
It's crazy how many there are are out there. It surprises how many of the baby's ears make it usually intact too. Thanks so much for watching! :)
