You can really see the difference in Henry that made him triple C compared to the many "very good" nationally competitive wrestlers in MMA. When it is mat time, he has such deep laser focus on wrestling and Wrestling alone. He is beyond conscious about every minutae and detail of every technique , both how to train it himself and how to teach it to others. It is also great of him to come on fanatics and do straight up non showbiz tutorials during the peak of his career. Could you imagine style bender doing kickboxing tutorials on RUclips?
Absoloutly. I did BJJ and Greco-Roman and free style but training in Judo really cemented everything together. Judo simply teaches a natural leverage manipulation that becomes second nature and really helps all your other grappling/takedowns
What makes Cejudo think he has the experience to teach basic wrestling techniques :D :D :D Oh, wait, was it the gold medal he mentioned a few times HAHAHAH! I'm just fucking around.
Henry Cejudo forgot to mention he won a gold medal
🤙🏻
It he mentioned his Gold Medal someone might think he's bragging, wouldn't want to offend anyone or hurt their fragile egos. 😑
@@norcal-ce7yk It's a meme. A joke. The only "fragile ego" out here is yours. Fragile and clueless at that.
When Cejudo teaches wrestling, you listen.

🙂👍🏻
I love it! I’m pro wrestler and I can tell you that’s one of the moves I did to take my final win back in RUSSIA
This was one of my favorite takedown moves when I wrestled as a kid. I remember the coach hated it at times and would yell and make sure I committed
👏🏼
It's very good to cross train in Judo.
🤗👍🏻
You can see it in khabib

guys, if you are right handed i strongly recommend right knee pad at least, for protection, when drilling these or similar throws.
🙂👍🏻
I was told fake out a leg by grabbing it then go for the hip toss because they will most likely move there hips back.
This is about the only thing one should pay any attention to what Cejudo has to say, wrestling.
That would be fucking nasty on concrete.
Nice technique
🤗👍🏻
Everyone always brings up Cejudos gold medal, but did you know Phil Leotardo did 20 years in the can?
Cejudo had the makings of a varsity athlete
Sounds like a real ass dude
@@malinko35 hell yeah, doggy
