JB on here lying. That was a regular double. His blast double is different. Head in the breast plate not even hitting a knee back of his head brushing across his opponents nose and lips for extra punishment.
It cant be underestimated how important it is for you to pull that left leg through quickly after the penetration step so you can turn the corner on guys.

This is one of those things ppl teach a specific way over and over again but is wrong. jordan burroughs actually drives with his forehead into the opponents chest causing the opponent to land on his/her back. all the momentum goes straight through the opponent.

For example Kyle Dake - his best attribute is strength and athleticism he id the freak of 74 kg right now - JB was even stronger and made Dake look slow. Grandpa JB going non stop for 10 years was STILL faster than Dake in 2021 trials and Dake had to change his style Teach an un athletic guy blast double reshots like Jordan and he’ll be useless - teach him sneaky low singles with technical finishes and he’ll catch some guys for sure. Slow ass ben askren even hits low singles.JB’s style is tech ical sure but it also requires power - I mean running through Andrew Howe across 40 ft of mat - no one was like “ wow why didn’t I think of that before?” Lol Don’t get me wrong JB - is knows technique for sure and his mat awareness and match IQ is one of the best.
