I tried them about a year ago and was really consistent for about 50days and I noticed growth and loved that it worked for y nails as well. The breakouts were real though. To avoid them you'd have to drink loads of water. I recently purchased them again and got it with B-Complex and that controlled the breakouts.

Biotin definitely helped with strengthening my nails. Not sure about hair growth. I was taking both Biotin and Folic acid and didn't notice much hair growth, but hair thickness for sure.

Oh yes, I've also heard of that. I never had any breakouts back when I used it before, even with higher dosages. And you're right, it could be because I drank lots of water.

Never will I ever again. Biotin gave me terrible breakouts.
Really Though I've heard of people breaking out when using it but it's usually when one doesn't drink a lot of water (2litres a day).
Hey, can you please do a tutorial on how to use flexi rods on 4c hair. Im scrolling through your vidoes and I can't find anything like that. FYI I low key wanted to do it now, I guess I will wing it or look at other youtubers.

I ended up not doing it as I realised from looking at RUclips channels that you need a lot of flexi rods so Im going to purchase some more and test it out.
