Good video man. I'm in Maryland. Is it better to lease a box truck or buy one. I'm looking at the good of leasing is the company will do all the maintenance work. But owning your own truck..you have to do all the maintenance yourself. Your thoughts?

Yooo big bro ! I’m in the Midwest and the rate for 26ft box trucks is ridiculous! Could I still get dedicated routes with 16ft box truck?
Don't you also need an additional number for intrastate compliance? For example, if you're in California, you'd need a CA number, or if you're in Wisconsin, you'd need a WI number, correct?
this might be a dumb question bro but I'm In the process of starting my box truck business... my question is will it be best to have the truck before your file for your dot/Mc number then get your insurance right before going active so you not just sitting with active numbers but no truck

No. The annual inspection sheet is for when you get your truck. You don’t need that in order for your authority to go active.
