@@mjg274 I think you didn't watch the video and listen to what was said. Granted, I'd like to know if he was "demonstrating" or what he was actually doing there. My guess is being a complete moron, but otherwise not dangerous. Kind of like those sidewalk preachers that are annoying but otherwise harmless. But there are places he is allowed to do the demonstrating or whatever he was doing. I don't think there should have been an interaction at all, but if there are laws set out for specific places to do whatever in the park, and he's blatantly trying to flaunt them and make a big deal about it (virtue signalling all the way I'm sure) then there's just no saving this guy. It's like a Karen getting hauled off. So I'm not sure why you throw around the word Nazi except that you think about them way too much, and I'm not sure what's un-American about a Karen getting hauled off after mistakenly asserting his entitlement.

@@mjg274 This channel isn't anti-free speech at all. On the contrary, I've seen most of their videos and they are always presented in an unbiased manner accompanied by relevant information in the narrative such as meticulously researched laws, ordinances and policies. What I find to be particularly useful about these videos is how they use a grading system to rate how the participants conducted themselves at the end of each video. Overall I give Audit the Audit an A+ and find their assessments to be entirely rational, fair and easy to understand. However, your comment gets an "F" for being rude, irrational and unnecessarily belligerent (to put it mildly). You should grow up and learn to think first before spewing your word-vomit.

@@stevenbryant1011 Personally, i think that said laws limitin the free speech in national parks are in fact unconstitutional and blatantly discriminatorily enforced. Provin that wud be surprisingly easy in a court of law given the huge abundance of evidence of others allowed to give demonstrations in permit required areas without harassment simply bcuz their speech did not rise to the lvl of offendin anyone nearby enuf to get rangers called out there.
The whole concept of limited free speech platforms in national parks is rife with misuse like this where tons of vloggers and otherwise will go to national parks and record themself, often where there are crowds of other ppl, and talk on a subject. Specifically, theres other science educators (who dont use junk science) who have gone and talked about geology or otherwise while at national parks in areas where the general public amassses that are not designated free speech platforms.
Now, you may try to argue they all got permits, but thats where in a court of law that evidence wud come out and show that a wide margin of them were unpermitted activities that simply didnt rise to the same lvl of offense to nearby patrons and that is why their free speech was allowed whereas his was not.
I may hate his free speech here, but i still feel that these laws are clearly violatin the spirit of the first amendment and that with the right evidence and in the right court, it cud be easily shown exactly how they also violate the letter of the law, spec their imequal enforcement makn it clear that some speech is allowed without question and other speech, that which offends the general public, is not.

      @ Scrappy Boi:
That's a rather dangerous position to take. It's easy to like it when it doesn't effect you in a negative way.
Take this hypothetical situation for example. You get stopped on a Friday walking down the street and a cop arrests you for no apparent reason and you can't see the judge until Monday, so you sit in jail all weekend. Go in on Monday to see the judge and they apologize to you for the mistake. Meanwhile, officer Dufus goes about his weekend and day. Suing the department only means hurting yourself because the taxpayers pay for law enforcement mistakes. So now you lose both your freedom and your resources. Sounds a like a pretty shitty deal, no?
Asking to know what "law" or "ordinance" you have violated before you are accosted is not an unreasonable request. Especially in a place that doesn't have "Stop and Identify" laws on the books.

Implying so is the stupidest f*cking take I've seen in a day or two (with the internet and people these days, that still really, REALLY saying something) . People like you are basically confirmation bias for all the far right actual boot licking, thin Blue line, Trump loving idiots, when it comes to all of us being insane, stupid, and without logic / reason. You sound just as ignorant and stupid as any of them. I mean, for the most part, this channel is almost entirely dedicated to calling cops out on their bullshit. It's hardly boot licking when after carefully analyzing the entire thing, saying( more or less) "the cops/authorities weren't power hungry d*ckheads for once" nor is calling out the suspect (who is being shitty, btw) for being shitty/stupid. Not only do you sound /come across as equally stupid as any of them, but equally biased / narrow-minded. Your IQ is probably equal to that of the average Trump supporter, which is probably around 70.. I should make it clear, I fucking hate the cops for the most part and think the majority of them are power hungry dick heads, and even a few good ones, aren't that good if they allow that shit to happen. But admitting on occasion, some cops do their job right, is hardly.. in any way shape or form, by any stretch of the imagination, boot licking.
